We used assurance financial solutions through a groupon offer. The voucher price covers you for a very basic will writing service which you’re not likely to use if you want to ensure your loved ones are proper taken care of in the future. There are additional costs for setting up Trusts which you are strongly advised to do, you will try to be sold life insurance even if you already have it and you will also have to pay a monthly direct debit to enable you to manage your will and amend in future. We are not familiar with legal jargon and the written wills are not at all easy to understand, it’s quite daunting being sent documents about your house and personal property to sign which become legally binding when you’re not entirely sure what you’re signing. You are pushed and chased throughout the process. Overall I’d say if you have a general knowledge of the process and what you want it’s probably a simple way to get it done but if this is all new to you then find a service who can walk you through it a bit more and are not trying to scare monger you in to buying additional products and services.
