Everyone at Assure Technical are great to work with. They make the process so easy to follow and are very patient with everyone. I'm sure every business has people with different levels of technical ability but they never lose patience, they just explain what to do clearly and simply. We plan well ahead and start the process several weeks/months before the renewal date, this ensures everything is in place for the renewal day. A bit like your car MOT, you retain the renewal date even if you have had the test done in advance. I would recommend them to anyone. They are also very helpful if we have any technical queries throughout the year that we may consider to be a Cyber problem and these are always dealt with in the same manner; friendly and efficient, hence the title of my review
