Assure Technical were helpful from start to finish. We had various issues with 2 of computers and they were able to help us accordingly on all points. I would 100% recommend them, and already have done so to one of our clients whom went on to use them.

We needed to gain certification quite quickly as it was tied to a government contract, but we also had quite a few questions about the process and different components of it. Our representative from Assure Technical was highly competent and effective, but also personable and clear. Some of our questions must have seemed a bit obvious (as we are not experts in this area) but the responses were always accessible and also offered speedily (by email, teleconference and phone). I am very glad that we did not try to complete and submit the necessary details on our own! Well done and thank you.
