The customer service is also excellent. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size cross, and they responded so quickly and although it was entirely my error they didn’t hesitate replacing with the correct one.

one small issue- I had ordered 2 bracelets in error and noticed as soon as I confirmed payment. I immediatly contacted Astalia by email . I had no repsonse for 2 days , meantime my order had been despatched and I was advised they were unable to cancel extra bracelet ordered .Maybe if my email had been picked up quicker my error in ordering could have been corrected. I am waiting on astalia to get back to me to advise what courier to use to return extra bracelet .As I have stated I am more than happy with my order and cant wait to show it off
