We got fabulous support and guidance from Howard from Ashton Chase in St John’s Woods which made our move to the area very straightforward. Aston Chase have been courteous and competent property managers. As a tenant, I have been pleased with the level of promptness and professionalism with which they've responded to queries and requests. Any issues we've had have been swiftly rectified, and Rachel goes out of her way to over-communicate timings and advocate for our needs with contractors and repair workers.

Flawless communication
Aston Chase is overlooking one of my bosses property and we are very happy with their services.
I usually communicate with Property Manager Rachel Webb. Communication is flawless, she is always trying to give us few quotes for needed repairs and advise us on the best solutions.

Exceptional Customer Service
I have been working with Aston Chase for 5 years. They never fail to deliver the best customer service, the best communication and have never failed to deliver great tenants to our rental apartment in Queens Park. They are possibly the best agency I have worked with in 20 years. They have a brilliant personal touch which I have never encountered in this business before. I can not recommend them highly enough. THE BEST SERVICE EVER. Aston Chase are my go-to London Agency. If you need an estate agent for buying or selling or rental I whole heartedly recommend Aston Chase.

I had the pleasure to work with Aston Chase Real Estate for the last 3 years as a tenant, and my experience was perfect. I had the chance to work closely with Rachel Webb, the Property Manager. She is an outstanding professional, always meeting our needs, being very reactive, always available, and highly efficient in such a nice way. On the letting side, Danielle Lester was also amazing, very available and highly relevant on the properties she selects, having a deep knowledge of the local market.
I couldn’t recommend more Aston Chase real estate as the whole team is so professional and so nice to work with.
