Ordered Provalox Female Enhancement Formula which arrived quite quickly. What made me choose this product was the 30 day money back guarantee. Guess what trialled for almost 30 days without any success these pills didn't work, didn't even help. Went through the money back guarantee but to date over 3 weeks still no refund. Company also now not replying to emails. Stay clear.

Website totally misleading & disappointing !
I live in Spain was advised by a company sales person to order from the EU website which I did. NOT sure what difference it makes as my order was delivered from the UK & is now being withheld by Customs!
IF I ever receive my order it will incur 50% of the cost !
Customer services have advised there is nothing they can do but ( which is a BIG but )
If the order is returned to them they will refund my money… won’t hold my breath.
My advise would be DO NOT ORDER from the EU website as if make absolutely no difference to their UK website!

It is scary after reading the reviews, I just ordered with them and paid 38euro they just sent me an email my package is just leaving UK! I now have no hopes whatsover!!!!

Scam company. stay away if EU buyers.

1. nowhere on their website do they mention they're from UK, nor that you will have additional costs.

2. they actually express the prices in Euros, with the mention "all taxes included"

3. when you ask for a refund nobody will answer anymore

If you live outside of the UK DO NOT buy from this company!! They advertise as Astral Europe, the website comes up in Euros but they don't inform you shipping is from UK, therefore your package is subject to duty! I purposely looked for an EU company so I wouldn't get stung with this 61€ bill for 75€ worth of products!

When I complained to Astral they told me they'd refund me once it got returned to them so I researched what Spanish customs do if parcels aren't claimed and they DO NOT return them so Astral knew they'd never give a refund they just didn't want to address they are thieves. Guess as long as they have your money they don't care about customers!!

They are straight thieves and con artists!!! That's why you have to be really careful buying products on some of these websites. Their products didn't help my hair to grow instead these food supplements really made me sick!!! It was very horrifying I was so sick I thought I was going to die in my own bed my whole body was shaking heart pounding real hard!!!. They never tell you anything about the after effects. I didn't know about it until it was too late. You not suppose to take these pills of you are taking certain medications and just seen this on the bottle the other day. That's real crazy for sure!!! I could not send these awful pills back to them because it was too damn late. And reading some of these posts is letting me know that you will never get your no at back. These people should be sued and shut down for doing such bad horrible service and on top on that they are stealing money from hardworking. I would have sued them but I made the mistake in not sending these supplements back to them within 30 days? I really do not get their policy on returning items?? They said you have to send it back unopened in order to get your refund? You have to open the product to see if it works or not. This company is not legit and needs to be reported for sure because they will continue to scam others. I know for a true fact they do not have a honest legit business. I'm staying with Amazon and EBay at least I know they are legit.

I felt reassured by the sites money back guarantee if I did not see results. This is a scam as following the pills having no affect for me I attempted to claim back.

They outlined the process for this which involves posting back empty packaging (at your expense), and then being charged for the initial postage of the item despite it being free, and an admin fee for the refund. So in reality you’re probably only getting 50% of cost back. Nonetheless I initiated this process and have not had any response from the company and attempts to contact they have advised they have not received the returned packaging that I posted and so will not be refunding me. I regret not sending tracked however this is also a costly process. Would not use or trust again.

Purchased VI ALPHA, totally useless, still have half a bottle but will cost too much to post back to the UK from Australia, less their freight deduction from refund and less 5 pound admin fee.. What a joke this company is. Customer support does not make any allowances for the cost to return unsatisfactory product. Please be warned as they make it not worth sending back for a refund. This is, of course, what they want.. A sucker born every minute....

Got the supplements to stimulate appetite! I take them everyday and it makes me want to eat!

I bought Restix for my dog, They didn't make any difference to his poor sleep whatsoever.

Tried Thermaxin fat burner, really noticed a difference on my body weight. Fast delivery as well.

I bought some supplementes in April. It's now June and they still have not arrived. They keep saying its coming but I contacted the postal service and they have confirmed it hasn't even left the uk yet. Now Astral doesnt even bother responding to my messages. I suggest you steer well clear of this supplier.
