I bought an item that was described as leather and it was plastic when it arrived. But the biggest problem is that the company has been billing my card for a membership i never agreed to. I emailed them after the first payment to cancel, they told me they would cancel and that i wouldn't be billed anymore. But they have been billing me every month for $29.99.

It's a membership scam. You buy a $15 keychain, and then they charge you 29.99 monthly for a supposed "VIP membership". This is their operating model. Avoid at all cost!

Purchased a key chain through this company and after being charged the normal price, I was hit with a reoccurring charge of $29.99!? I’m pissed! I did not sign up for any sort of subscription. I made my payment through Shopify. DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!!

Ordered a keychain online and got it. Then got a $29.99 charge, supposedly for a membership. I emailed them and said I never signed up, didn’t want to be charged, and wanted a refund for the$29.99. They replied as if I had signed up, offered customer service, and said they could cancel future charges if I wanted. I replied that I didn’t sign up and wanted a refund.
Got a reply that they would give me a 50% refund.
I said it was unacceptable and wanted it all back or if report them to my credit card company to dispute.
Just got an email that they would process my refund.
Now I get to wait for a refund.
Avoid these people, it’s a bait and switch operation. I’m sure they hope people don’t check their statements and catch these charges.

Super deceptive. Got hit with a $30 subscription. No way to cancel. No way to contact anyone. No idea what they even claim the subscription is for. Stay away from these guys.

Automatic sign up for a membership is unscrupulous and should be against the law. Read the fine print and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this vendor. When I called the number they wouldn't even say the company name. The BBB should not allow them to operate in the US.

Purchased a “pawkey” key ring. Not only did it fall apart within a week, the company is now trying to charge me a “membership fee”. They do not answer emails or messages through the website.

I purchased two keychains and then keep getting charged $29.99 for a “membership”. Nothing comes with that. The charge was more than the keychains, you can’t cancel in the account as there is no membership indicated in purchases or your account! Do not use this company.

DO NOT do business with this company!!!! I made an order, received a portion of it, but didn't get refunded on the item they did not send.

Incredibly deceptive like all the other reviews say. This company is preying on pet owner sentimentality to sell a keychain and apparently taking $29.99 every month from your credit card every month thereafter. Pawkeys is deleting my comments on their social media. I would say avoid at all costs but I’m guessing if you’re reading this it already happened to you. I’m filing claims and reporting everywhere I can. Will try to come back with an update.

This company, compared to other sites, is SO expensive ancient IMO taking advantage of people hurting over their furbaby

Their customer support is non-existence. After emailing back and forth for them to cancel that recurrence charge of loyalty program I was not consented to, they stop responding and no cancellation was made. Call their number which I was on hold for almost an hour for the call to just drop.

You think you're making a one-time buy for a cute dog paw keychain or other small item, but this is just a trick so they can get your credit card information and start charging you $29.99/month for a "VIP Subscription." There is no need for a subscription nor do they tell you they are going to do this beforehand. It's all a scam. AVOID AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Awful!! I bought a dog remembrance keychain through social media ad. First mistake. Used apple pay. It signs u up for a $30/mo bullshit membership that they charge you 1 week later that I never agreed to. Never got my product either.
This company uses various website aliases. Im so pissed. Complete scam!!

Hi, I ordered a black long sleeve shirt with leopard print trousers. The PKG came right on time without any delays. The pakeging was nice and safe. The suite came in a nice condition without any damage. The material was beyond my expectations and the fit was also extra ordinary. Overall it was a nice shopping experience. I highly recommend Astrobargain.

I never received my $30 order. I called support and they said they would send the problem up the chain and they will contact me within 48 hours. After a few days with no response, i proceeded to call their support number about 8 times in a row. They said it would be less than a 2 minute wait and after 10 minutes it would disconnect me. The tracking number was sent to me but was invalid so that was the biggest red flag. AstroBargain is not a professional site and should be treated as a scam. I was better off using the tiktok shop.

Its a good website to make purchases within your budget. Products were delivered within the given timeframe. Packaging was okay but it could use some more shielding especially for clothes. The customer support is responsive but it takes time. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The choice of products is vast and the website is easy to move around. Payment portal is easy and efficient.
