Wow what sort of company is this other than a complete scam ! They add goods you never asked for and stonewall you all the way when trying to get your money back. They even set up a subscription behind your back. Keep well clear of you don’t want to be scammed!

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR BUT NO ALTERNATIVE.
ABSOLUTE SCAM. TOOK£70.90 from my debit card even though I cancelled within 5 mins. Bank and Paypal now involved in dispute but really have no hope of getting my money bqck. Am 87 and very unhappy. Will probably have to accept this loss from my pension.

They continue to ship product even though I cancelled

Total scam
Unauthorised payments and deductions
No products sent
Have reported the fraud

I placed an order for 3 pens @9.99 USD + 3 free pens = 3 x 9.99 = 27.97 USD with three free pens = 3 x free @0.00 USD. I did try to check out with Paypal, but the order would not go through and the card was declined. I closed the page and decided there were too many red flags and not to order from this company and I thought that was the end of it. Apparently, they tried to process it again and it went through. Later I got notifications that my Paypal account was charged 65.49, that indicated they charged me 9.99 x 6. The deal was for 3 free, why did I get charged for the supposedly three free pens. In addition, they created a bogus order for two additional pens @21.83 that was charged to my Paypal account. I never placed an order for these two pens or actually any order. I contacted Paypal and they assisted me in getting a full refund. This company is a total scam, I would avoid it.

If it was an option for minus 5 stars I would put that calcification, not really worth the one star, they advertise one price and charge other, I’ve got something that it was advertised for $9.99 and I got charged 63.95 USD, their sales page take the money before you can check the basket is correct and so, it would appear, i tried to cancel the order immediately but they wouldn’t help me. My advice would be to steer clear of this company as they will take your money with no refund, cancellation or correction options.

Not really worth the one star, their sales page take the money before you can check the basket is correct and so, it would appear, I have ordered two things not the one I selected. My advice would be to steer clear of this company as they will take your money with no refund, cancellation or correction options.

They gave me an offer of £8:99 and ended up taking £49:00 very confusing advertising because the offer was only if you buy an extra one even though end amount said £8:99. I’m am trying for a refund but they said I can’t even though it was only a few minutes later because it was already processed.

Cheaters as they do it allow you to cancel an order which was incorrect as they have some way of adding items when you transmit and. I way that you can cancel your order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER

One star is still too much – Do not buy from this company!
This company appears to operate in a highly questionable way. Their website does not provide an Impressum (legal notice), which is a legal requirement for businesses operating in Germany. There is also no clear information about where the company is actually based.
I ordered 3 pens at €9.99 each, with a promotion of 3 free pens. The total should have been €29.97, but my PayPal account was charged €59.94 instead.
I noticed the incorrect charge immediately and canceled my order within one minute. Despite this, the company claimed that the order had already been shipped. However, they have been unable to provide a shipping carrier, tracking number, or any proof that the goods have actually been dispatched.
I am now forced to go through PayPal’s buyer protection process to try to recover my money.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

They lie about pricing and do everythig they can to rope you to paying more than the price on their web page. they are smart and make it as difficult as possible to get a refund (even through paypal) I purchased a toe nail fungus product through them and it doesn't work. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I very stupidly got swung along on Facebook by the glowing ad for a nail fungus pen from this company.
I thought I’d try just the one to start with, but realised straight after I had hit the payment button it was showing my purchase was buy three get three free. One pen was being advertised at.£11.99, the invoice showed I was being charged £53.94……

I messaged him immediately requesting a refund. I was told the item had already been shipped so the only way to get a refund was to return after I had received it. I said I wasn’t happy with that I wanted a refund. I was then given the option to change the quantity and have the balance refunded. I said I still wasn’t happy, but they have refused to refund.

Just done research on the company and found exactly the same thing has happened to other others so I have contacted PayPal and they have upheld my dispute and are refunding my money.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole if I could give zero stars, I would’ve done

I would have liked to give NO stars but it doesn't seem to be an option.
I ordered an Orivelle nail pen from Astronara paying tho Paypal. When I checked my Pay Pal account I found I had been billed 2 one at full price and a second at a discounted price. I only checked out once ? but my PayPal Acc showed two transactions. I contacted Astronara immediately. Mia (a bot?) responded but prevaricated - lots of messages exchanged - eventually telling me it was too late to cancel.
I think this is a scam site. Certainly dubious selling techniques on line. When and IF I receive the goods I will be seeking a refund. No doubt I won't get all of my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ASTRONARA

I emailed back to the company immediately on receiving their confirmation email,, and I told them I needed to cancel the order that it was placed in error as I was only expecting to pay under 10 pounds they then sent me an email saying just to clarify. Do you want to cancel the order completely and I responded saying yes.  Why on earth they’ve shipped it is utterly beyond me.

GROSSE ARNAQUE

Please AVOID this company it’s a total scam . I ordered 1 thing and they took more money out 4 weeks later saying I’d subscribed which I absolutely DID NOT please don’t get caught out like me .

DO not use this is a SCAM
ordered 1 pen for £20 they ended up taking for another 3 pens i had not ordered so £62 pounds in total
asked for refund but already said despatched straight away which was rubbish
this company needs reporting which i will be doing
