Our parent company was established in 1982 specialising in the design and installation of bathrooms, en suites and shower rooms. In 2003 the company expanded with the opening of one of the largest bathroom showrooms in Lincolnshire. As the company continued to grow, in 2007 our company expanded to cater for customers throughout the UK, offering the same dedicated service and continuing to build upon the reputation that has made our company what it is today. Asturias Bathrooms is our latest addition in the expansion and growth of the company, we will be offering first class bathroom products with the backup and support of our parent company. Using our 31 years of experience to provide a reliable service to our customers.

"If Carlsberg did customer service"...Gavin has been absolutely brilliant throughout this process. My initial order was delivered to God knows where by DHL who refused to answer my communications with them. Gavin took up the mantle and sorted this within days, sending me a replacement shower via a different courier and claiming their money back from DHL so I didnt have to get involved.
The replacement shower (Bristan Quadrato) is great and was really easy to fit.
Asturias bathrooms will be my "go to" in future, I can't praise them enough so well done to all involved, especially Gavin.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The team were incredibly helpful, especially when I needed advice about compatibility and fitting. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy.
The quality of the taps and matching bathroom fittings is fantastic—they look beautiful and feel really well made. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend Asturias Bathrooms.

Excellent service…originally ordered the incorrect size shower panel. Spoke to customer service and an exchange was arrange with no problems. Will definitely buy from Asturias Bathrooms again … quality of the product is good at a very reasonable price.

Sinking feeling
Ordered a sink and was given a delivery date for the week I was starting a bathroom refit (perfect). Couple of days later was informed delivery could not be made until 2 weeks after the original scheduled delivery date (not so good). Took the opportunity to order the same unit in a different colour, which would still not arrive any earlier, so there would be 2 weeks for the company to confirm and check the change. Sink is delivered and it was the original colour ordered. Got a sorry, but this did not detract from the delivery and customer service issue the company has exhibited. Saving grace - the sink was actually good quality.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry the delivery did not go as smoothly as we'd all hoped.
We are sorry the original delivery was delayed due to a stock discrepancy, which was delayed further due to delay from manufacturer. We had then arranged delivery to be made directly from manufacturer, to help get it to you as quickly as possible.
We can confirm that the order was changed from the original grey sink unit to the blue. The colour change was made with the manufacturer, but unfortunately the manufacturer shipped the original grey unit in error rather than the blue. We're genuinely disappointed this happened, as it isn't the standard we aim for.
When we became aware of the error from yourself, we offered to arrange an exchange for the correct blue unit. We completely understand however why you chose to proceed with the installation of the grey instead, given your timescales.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused with the incorrect colour being delivered, however we're pleased to hear the sink itself was good quality, and we truly appreciate you noting that.

Shower valve
Ordered one of these from a different site. When it arrived it was not the entire shower. Spoke to a very helpful lady who assured me their shower was complete unit. Ordered on Thursday and received it on Tuesday. Very good service. It was easter weekend so very pleased with them.
