An incredible luxury experience
I recently visited the Bucherer Time Machine on 57th street in NYC to purchase a watch.
The experience was incredible. The spacious store is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the environment is comfortable and relaxing; it makes for a pleasant luxury shopping experience.
What really made my purchase a stellar experience was Jordan, the sales associate I worked with.
Jordan gave me a tour of the store and was incredibly knowledgeable of the various makes and models of watches. He was very professional, friendly, attentive to detail, and provided world-class customer service. Bucherer is lucky to have him.
Jordan made my experience memorable, and I will return in the future to continue building my watch collection.
