Phoned for replacement part for my trailer and advice. Staff could not have been more helpful and suggested checking other things before buying the part I thought I wanted. They felt that I may not need the part I thought was faulty and to check the rest of the Braking system first so as not to waste my money. When I have definitely Identified the problem I will certainly use this company to supply what I need.

I purchased a smart load relay from ATE and the product was excellent. It has cured the pulsating of my trailer LED lights when connected to my Volvo XC70 (2015). Genuinely a plug and play device.
Service and communications from ATE were first class.

Placed an online order on Christmas Eve morning and selected next day delivery. Rang the office to confirm that delivery would be on Thursday 27th, and was promised that somebody from the sales team would ring me back. Never heard a thing and rang again on the 27th to hear a recorded message that the office was closed until 3rd Jan. In the meantime the website is still behaving as if its business as usual, order before 1pm for next day delivery!! Nothing on the website to say the office is closed and nothing to say when the next possible delivery would be. Unacceptable.

I ordered one sheet of 12mm non slip flooring for next day delivery on a Friday before 12.00. I phoned up at 13.00 to find that it was not coming. It was explained to me that Tuffnells was the delivery vehicle and that it was a fault on their part. Ok, so it was delivered on Monday instead. When it came it had a fair old warp to it, one corner protector was missing and it had been dragged across the floor on its edge. I was disappointed as I thought it would have been better protected but I decided to use it anyway as I was going to reduce the size a bit so a lot of the warp would be lost. It was also going to be a trailer floor so was going to be bolted down and sealed in anyway. Whoever was at fault then they could have done much better.
