My order still hasn’t arrived
My order still hasn’t arrived and I placed my order the 14th of December. The tracking number they provided doesn’t work telling me “error”. Have emailed the company many times I have just gotten the same reply stating that dpd are having trouble with their website and rest assured your delivery will be with you in a few working days. But still no sign! Have contacted dpd with the tracking number and they’re saying they can’t find my item in their system!!

Having emailed the company many times I have just gotten the same reply stating that dpd are having trouble with their website and rest assured your delivery will be with you in a few working days. But still no delivery. I have lost all confidence in this company and plan to make a claim through PayPal. Steer clear!

Poor customer support
I placed my order on the 16th December and I still have not received my order. I emailed the support team last week and I still have not heard anything. This is very poor considering I had been reassured that I would receive my package before Christmas.
