It's been a month since I placed my order. According to their tracking it was delivered via usps on 12/29/24, yet usps has no record of it. No way to contact them. So I'm out $80+. Do your due diligence before ordering on line. This company is a total scam! BEWARE!!

ordered two rugs that looked NOTHING LIKE the featured photo. Besides that disappointment (were supposed to match my wall color, AS FEATURED IN PHOTO, each rug chosen to mail to me was radically different from the other. Not even the same fringe color. Cost to ship (willing to pay for rugs that match my walls!) was crazy. Wanted to return until I saw I'd have to pay. Will donate these items to my local charity.

I have order many of times with no issues. This last time, awful customer service. Never received packages, pretty sure they were stolen and they did nothing to accommodate me. Nothing what so ever. Most companies would comprise by issuing at least half a store credit, not this place! Buy in store, not online

I ordered 2 gift cards online but only received 1. Nobody, even my local store, can help resolve the issue, and neither they or the website have a phone number to contact any type of support. I’ve sent emails that have gone unanswered.

I would not even give them one star. The manager in Hilliard store is so rude. I bought a vase for $100 with a $10 delivery fee. Received product with no packaging, glass, left on a chair on front porch to where it could have rolled off and broke. When I told manager she was so rude and told me they don’t have packaging for deliveries and next time to pick it up myself. Little does she know I will never shop there again due to her complete lack of customer service skills.

I ordered an Office Desk online from At Home, and it arrived with a major defect – a large dent on the tabletop. I immediately contacted customer service and explained the urgency of the situation, as I needed the desk replaced or resolved quickly. They assured me I would hear back within two days, but it has now been three days, and I still have not received any response.
Because of their lack of follow-up, I am stuck without a desk. I can’t even place a new order or process a return since I am waiting for their response. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and customer service from At Home, especially in resolving issues with damaged products. Extremely disappointed!

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience my wife and I had on December 4, 2024, at one of your locations. While waiting for assistance, a manager—whose name I believe Valerie at 5700 NJ-42 N, Turnersville, NJ 08012 approached us. Without introducing herself or greeting us, she simply stood in front of us silently. When I said “hello” and asked for assistance, her response was dismissive, stating she couldn’t help without a name.
What followed was even more upsetting. After I mentioned to my wife that the service was poor, the manager made a hurtful remark implying, “That’s the reason you’re doing Uber now,” clearly mocking our situation. My wife and I are working hard to make ends meet, and this comment was not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive and disrespectful.
I expect better from someone in a leadership position at your company. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the customer-focused values your brand represents. I kindly ask that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure no other customers are subjected to similar treatment.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps taken to address this situation.

We went to an At Home in Kennesaw, Ga today. What a pig sty! Crap everywhere on the floor, and strewn around. I don’t think they know the definition of clean and tidy! We will never go back there!
Online ordering doesn't work, store is disorganizeed
Order a bed frame online. Called the store to find out when I could pick it up. "No problem come in after a couple of hours and it will be ready." Got there after a 45min drive in traffic. Store has no record of the order. Called my credit card and they had the order but the store never accepted the order. After about an hour of management and me trying to figure this out. I ordered it at the store and after about 20 minutes of searching through the store's disorganization found one on the shelf. Obviously their online ordering system doesn't work. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.

Kass the manager at the At home store in 8300 Sudley rd manassas Va has been extremely welcoming and helpful, she has gone out of her way to help me find exactly what I need. I have shopped there more than any other store just because of her outstanding costumer service and professionalism.

Service and value…… we ordered a clock online and paid to have it delivered, which would’ve been a two day wait. it came a few hours later thrown on our porch in the pouring rain. It was all scoffed up, package torn. When we e mailed to exchange or refund our money they told us we would have to bring it back to the store our selves. This wall clock was $149. We will be returning it and we will not recommend this store and will post on social media about our experience and the poor customer service and poor quality of the merchandise. Wish I had read the reviews before I shopped there. But you want to think businesses still have integrity!! To return it is a good 45 min drive.
Just a heads up! The quality was very poor as well…..

I ordered online for pickup at At palm beach gardens fl branch. I followed the direction for curbside pickup , i waited for 5 mins .... nothing . Mind you they just opened , i saw 5 shoppers going inside so definitely not busy yet. I went inside coz nothing was happening and when i went in , there was one associate didnt even say good morning welcome to at home etc. she just said YES MA'AM. Hmmm what a way to greet a customer who was waiting at curbside. So i said WELL I GUESS NO ONE IS READY TO BRING MY ORDER OUT TO MY CAR. she just replied WHAT DO MEAN NO ONE IS READY. Absolutely not. My boyfriend and i just came in to the East Northport, NY location to purchase a rug and thankfully i found something on clearance. Walk all the way back to the front to checkout and walked passed a store associate who was stocking items near checkout. After a few minutes of waiting for a cashier to appear i walked back to the store associate who was in plain site of us and asked if she could page someone to check us out. Low and behold she was the cashier. She proceeds to walk passed us to the last cashier counter and says nothing. The proper thing to do from the moment w initially passed her was to say "i'll be right with you". Then to walk passed us the next thing to say is "i can help you down here". But she did none of the above. Instead i walked down to her counter to be told that the price is incorrect and its not their label. Ummmm, where on earth would i get a label printer to print your labels madame...? Then she asks me to go get another rug and proceeds to peel off the label w the clearance price on it and i said absolutely not. Knowing how huge this store is why do i have to go get another rug to do a price check ?? I have my own business and deal with high end clientel- would i ever ask them to do a price check ??? I would lose my clients !! The cashier then proceeds to page someone who also comes and says the same thing as the cashier and asks for me to show her where i found the rugs labled for the same price- so we take the longgggg walk back to the rugs and i pointed out 5 other same exact rugs with the same price like Vanna White on Wheel of Fortune !! You have got to be kidding me ??? do i really have to prove myself in this situation ??? My boyfriend who waited upfront overheard the manager on the walkie talkie say to the cashier to "give it to her for the price she found" - isnt that customer service 101 ??? I will never return back to this location. Very poor customer service here. These two ladies definately were not helpful by any means. They turned my experience into a debate which was uncalled for. The manager however was the most professional and obviously experienced in retail. Kudos to him !

DO NOT BUY! I got scammed by this store!
I made an online purchase of 58 disco balls for a client's event and I paid $938. The next day I got spammed with a bunch of confusing emails, with different quantities on it, saying that the items were not available.
They don't have a central phone number you can call, you have to either send fill up a form or try to chat online.
While chatting online with one of the agents, I asked to cancel the whole thing. 6 balls out of 58 definitely will not do the job for my client. And then, I was told they can't cancel my order or provide a refund.
Now I'm on my way to my bank and ask them to cancel the transaction and refund me because I got scammed by this people.
UPDATE: October 25 2024
Now it has been 4 days that on my bank account the amount of $838.20 is on hold for the purchase that they said they had canceled because they ran out of stock.
I contacted my bank and I was told that the store never processed this total, but also, never canceled the transaction. It is on hold and there is nothing they can do until the store cancels the transaction.
I reached out to the store and they say they are looking into it. When the only thing I need them to do is to cancel the transaction that they never fulfilled my order in the first place.
Now my event is coming up in a week, and I need the money to buy the products from another vendor and I can't because of this mess.
The bank said if they don't do anything, after 10 business day the transaction will fall out. But the fastest way is for the business cancel it on their end.
