Overall nice experience with the staff, felt comfortable with the service and the whole process in general. I chose this company as I didn't want to take my jewellery into public/out of my house. Very happy with my payout and would recommend to my friends and family.

Had some gold I wanted valuing and booked for these guys to come to my home. I felt much more at ease being in my home. The valuer was a very friendly young man and came across extremely professional and knowledgeable. I received a text to advise when they were on the way which I found really helpful.
The price I was offered was much more than expected and after I accepted the money was paid into my bank within a couple of days. Fantastic service and would definitely use again.

I got in touch with the team, no question was too much to ask, arranged for them to come to my home, showed them a few rings & was surprised how much they were worth!
