Great Customer Service
I havent used Wightlink before. I have booked to go to the Isle of Wight in May so not yet been on the boat itself but I have received excellent customer service with my queries and booking our place on the boat.

Ferry to the Isle of Wight
The postcode provided took me straight to the ferry terminal. The process was easy to follow. I had my dog with me which again was no problem. Couldn’t have worked better.

Responsive, helpful, and amazing value
Jonathan and Karen were really responsive to our enquiry even at the weekend. Karen found ferries close to our desired travel times within 40 minutes of uploading our details to their website. We received the tickets early the following morning. The price reduction was substantial, even more so considering that the Atlas tickets are preferential whereas the Wightlink online tickets are standard or economy. Would recommend
