Scammer alert!

The item arrived broken due to bad, thin packaging. The seller for 15 days (until the Ali Express deadline expired) wrote 1 line in our conversation and disappeared for 24 hours. Every day he did the same thing .. 1 line and disappearing for 24 hours. You understand the strategy and the reason why he did it. I don't need to say anything more. 0 support from the seller. Classic internet scammer. The product arrived broken. No willingness to compensate, just mocking and disappearing in messages. Seller, you will find it from God. If you believe anywhere. Scamming people is not good for you.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Sehr enttäuschend: Gerät seit Monaten defekt, Support eingestellt

Ich habe den Atomstack X70 im Dezember 2024 gekauft. Bereits seit März 2025 ist das Gerät defekt und bis heute nicht mehr einsatzfähig.

Anfangs war der Support freundlich und bemüht, nachdem ein Kabelbruch am Lasermodul auftrat. In der Folge kam es jedoch zu weiteren Defekten (u. a. gebrochene Lötstelle, Fehler auf der Platine).
Auf Anweisung des Herstellers habe ich zahlreiche Videos, Fotos und Messungen zur Fehleranalyse geliefert – obwohl ich kein Techniker bin und nur wenig Erfahrung mit Elektronik habe. Viele Arbeiten musste ich selbst durchführen.

Als sich schließlich herausstellte, dass das Lasermodul selbst defekt ist, stellte Atomstack den Kontakt vollständig ein.
Seit Wochen erhalte ich keine Antworten mehr auf meine E-Mails. Auch auf eine von Atomstack selbst angebotene Rückkauf- bzw. Austauschaktion erfolgte keinerlei Reaktion.

Fazit:
• Gerät seit fast neun Monaten nicht nutzbar
• Hoher Eigenaufwand für Diagnose und Reparaturversuche
• Support bricht bei ernsthaften Problemen einfach ab

Für mich ist das kein akzeptabler Kundenservice in dieser Preisklasse.
Ich habe das Vertrauen in die Marke verloren und werde keine Produkte von Atomstack mehr kaufen.

Toller Kundenservice

Habe einen A12 Pro gekauft, zusätzlich noch ein anderes Modul, einen Rotor, einen Chuck, einen Air Assist und eine Kamera. Alles kam top verpackt an. Leider gab nach kurzer Zeit das Netzteil auf. Kein Problem, Garantiefall, welcher schnell erledigt war.
Ich arbeite sehr viel mit dem Gerät. Da musste ein Verschleiß Teil getauscht werden. Der Kundendienst war sehr hilfsbereit. Und das Problem war gelöst.

Ich habe ein refurbished Atomstack X7 Pro gekauft – eigentlich eine gute Idee, dachte ich. Leider kam das Gerät unvollständig an: Ein Stepper-Motor samt Halterung fehlte. Für andere Hersteller kein großes Thema – Ersatzteile werden in solchen Fällen unkompliziert nachgeliefert.
Nicht so bei Atomstack. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktversuche über verschiedene Kanäle: keine Antwort. Kein Ersatzteil, keine Rücknahme, kein Kundenservice.
Am Ende stehe ich da mit einem teuren Gerät, das ohne Reparatur völlig nutzlos ist – schlichtweg Elektroschrott.
Das ist nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern schlicht unverschämt.
Fazit: Nie wieder Atomstack. Finger weg – selbst bei vermeintlichen Schnäppchen.

Avoid like the plague

Much like the common theme - purchase a laser engraver. It packed two months.

Contacted the company (I think they are in china). they asked me for videos of the problem, my settings and what videos of when it was working well. I sent the videos. they didn't even bother downloading the videos.

I've been chasing them for close to a year now. No response.

They are absolutely useless. Another chinese company dumping crap products on the market without any customer service.

Still waiting since december for…

Still waiting since december for refurbished laser to be sorted.
Box arrived UN-refurbished (unless they employ the blind institute to pack them,) broken safety glass so light goes sideways, smashed internal USB & power sockets, smashed psu - they did however supply the previous customers USED tyraps....
Now Banggood have closed ticket as completed.... LIARS
Both Atomstack and Banggood seem happy to breach UK sales laws.
Do not expect trading standards to do anything since they only come out for publicity programs and helping companies like this to breach and get away with it.

Following the banggood reply to their review the email was sent - got one back saying you have to use the ticket we closed or a new one we can close again - ZERO ACTION STILL BLAMING ATOMSTACK FOR NOT SUPPLYING AND NOT DEALING WITH THE PROBLEM - be aware before buying!

DO NOT BUY FROM ATOMSTACK

I unfortunately made the mistake of purchasing a laser engraver (X20 Pro) from these guys 6 months ago. For more than 3 of those months it has been out of order due to waiting for spare parts to arrive due to various hardware failures. Currently it stopped working 60 days ago, I've tried various spare parts sent, but to no avail.

Now I've told the support team, enough is enough, I want my money returned & they just no longer reply to any messages.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Atomstack unless you have money to throw away.

Don´t order there!

Don´t order there! You have no rights when you have a problem with your order. I ordered something for more than EUR 400,-, did never receive it and write messages to banggood since early December (more than two months now)... i receive all kind of general excuses, they ask me to wait etc etc...
I will NEVER EVER order there again... and you should really think about it, before you order!

Don't buy atomstack machines..

I bought an a24 pro. In the process of cutting a piece I stopped the machine from the key and the motherboard burned. I bought a new one and the axes moved but the laser module stopped working. I spent €720 on a paperweight. Thanks atomstack.

Zeer goede after service

Toen mijn machine X70 aankwam werkte de Z as niet naar behoren. Een mailtje later stonden ze voortreffelijk klaar om de gepaste oplossing te vinden. Ook had ik door een eigen stommiteit een kabel beschadigd en deze werd ook gratis vervangen. Ik ben zeer tevreden van hun service en zal zeker atomstack aanraden. Bedankt atomstack !

i ordered a whole E85 Extension kit for my S20 Pro Laser Engraver/Cutter and got a cable which is part of the Extension kit. All the other parts are missing. I a writing to and with Atomstack since a week and... to make it short: don´t get help! NEVER again

Atomstack purchase

I purchased an Atomstack X7 laser engraver in January of this year and really like the machine. I received an email from Atomstack offering me a deal on a new A48 Ultra machine for 1/2 off. I ordered this machine on November 22,2024 I emailed them on November 28,2024 and they responded with this email " We currently expect the items to arrive at the warehouse by 12/14, and you should receive the device 3-7 days after that. However, due to port congestion caused by Black Friday and Christmas, the arrival time at the warehouse may change. We will notify you promptly with any updates".
I emailed them yesterday December 16th and again today 17th and they won't respond.
I am not sure what to do next because the purchase price was $849, I am going to try and contact my credit card company and see if they can help.
As of today December 17th the order still says "unfulfilled"

Great customer service.

I just bought my first Atomstack and very happy with the product and the customer service I received on the many questions I had both before and after buying. When the time comes for a new laser I will definitely be checking them out.

Avoid Atomstack. Really.

bought Atomstack X40 Max. Worked fine for few weeks, then dead, they send new power switch, but I managed to fix it before arival by self help and now - after few months - it is dead again. Another issue I immediatelly noticed was weird behaviour, when Lightburn says some job will take 6:30, but in reality it last 7:48. Noticed that traveling speed between cuts in some combinations of x and y movement is executed really slow. I took a video and sent to their helpdesk and answer was "it is only estimation which can not be taken too seriously, and the movement is evaluated by our technicians as standard." All my other laser are working exactly as estimated in Lightburn. So, while your machine is working, you are fine, but when it stops and you need real customer support, you will not get absolutely ANY.

Easy to use website and great customer service

i purchased a laser cutter/engraver from them over a year ago and thought it was about time i wrote a review, the website was simple to use and provided all the information i needed to make the choice i wanted, the check out was quick and simple and delivery was faster than i expected (was happy to wait), I've been using the machine for a long time and only every had a couple of issues but reaching out to Atomstack was quick and simple and even though its beyond its warranty they helped me diagnose the problem and even recommend where to purchase the necessary parts to repair, when funds allow i will be purchasing their new R30 to open up more avenues of engraving.

Very professional and helpful

I was very nervous when purchasing a laser engraver from another country because of the risk of customer service. After investigating to fin that iKear.net had the better reviews I followed my gut and went with them.

I've just had a minor issue with a cable and without any delays the service team at iKear.net have helped me resolve the issue with a new replacement cable on its way.

They have been efficient, supper helpfull and professional and for that reason I give them 5 stats.

Terrible Support and awful tracking App

Purchased the M40 48watt from an English company so delivery was pretty quick and hassle free.
Once I had spent a bit of time with the laser I decided to buy the extension kit to allow engraving/cutting to be 800mm x 850mm.
Could only order this off the web site and as it is to be shipped I will have to pay tax once it hits our shores.
All good so far until I download the SHOP app to track my package, you have to make an account to be able to see what is happening, showed that the item still hadn't shipped after 11 days. (after signing up to an account on this app I have been bombarded with spam)
Contacted support and they asked if i had received an email saying that they needed me to pay the tax once it arrives and wouldn't send the equipment without me replying to the email.
(Bit long winded I know but hopefully you are still with me) found the email in my spam box but didn't make any reference to the fact they wont send the equipment until i reply to the email.
Have now replied to support and questioned if they were ever going to chase me again or just keep my money, after 3 days I have had to chase again as they haven't replied and my package still hasn't been sent.
Atomstack your business model sucks and your support is even worse.
Not impressed and I still have no package.

Unterirdischer Kundenservice

Von 4 bestellten Artikeln (1 Laser, 1 Gehäuse, 1 Air Assist und 1 Arbeitsplatte) war das Gehäuse und der Air Assist nicht mit dem Laser kompatibel, obwohl der Laser auf der Webseite als kompatibles Gerät stand ( nach meiner Mail wurde dies natürlich geändert), beim Gehäuse fehlten sämtliche Schrauben und Kleinteile, wo ich jetzt schon über eine Woche drauf warte, und die Arbeitsplatte ist anscheinend beim Versand verloren gegangen, und Atomstack wollte von mir 40 Euro haben, um mir ein Neues und kein "Renoviertes"-Modell zu schicken. Bei fast 2000 Euro kann man meiner Meinung nach viel mehr erwarten.
