Had an appointment for 8.30 am. I had driven for 1 hour to be there and arrived 15 minutes early.
The audiologist was in another audiologists office,laughing and joking and having a good time while I waited 10 minutes past my appointment time and then my audiologist walked past me out into the shopping centre, so l left. I have dealt with Attune for years at Springfield prior to moving away and was always treated with respect. This is the second time I have been left waiting well past my appointment time at Ipswich. If she hadn't obviously been just mucking around it might have been different.
I was there to try out new $8,000 hearing aids to purchase.
I am going elsewhere.

Such a pleasant as well as friendly experience from the ladies who welcomed me to the audiologist (I had to search the proper name) who did my testing.

Got an appointment for hearing aid maintenance Check in a couple of days. Josh did the hearing test and adjusted and checked my hearing aids within 30 minutes and I was on my way again. The girls on the front counter are also very nice and pleasant to deal with. I have been dealing g with Attune for over 3 years and they are excellent to deal with.

All the staff at Attune, Riverlink are outstanding. I thoroughly recommend them for al ages.

Very thorough and great customer service skills. Also explained what she was doing and why. Would highly recommend Attune.
