Attune have closed some of their centres so that means longer travel times. Also some of the products (ie hearing aids) they supply to customers can only be dealt with through them. This is fine u... Ver mais

Erin is one of the best, explained everything in layman’s language. Very happy with my new hearing aids especially the recharging, no more fiddling with batteries. Also love the TV remote thingy can listen in peace and quiet. Oh, Jenny is tops, got here finger on the pulse, good at making my appointment and reminding me when it is due.

Thank you to the team at Attune and most especially to Dana for her patience, understanding and clear explanation with everything we discussed regarding my hearing concerns and how to manage my aids.
I feel confident now to comfortably wear my hearing aids now that my hearing was assessed and my aids adjusted properly to suit my needs.

1300 Phone number on website doesn't work, locations tab doesn't work, BOOKING TAB doesn't work, just takes you to complete a survey where they get all your information then goes no where. Had to find a local outlet in VICTOR harbor on Facebook and the landline there doesn't work, no voice messaging system at all. Great first impression, NOT.
I have found the service provided by Daniela and Ros at Attune Hearing , Ascot to be friendly, attentive, efficient and professional in all regards. They have assisted me to establish a new relationship with my hearing aids! I would have no reservations in recommending Daniela to anyone seeking a professional adviser in regard to hearing difficulties.

My husband recently had hearing aids fitted at Attune Kenmore. We could not be happier with not only the results but with the excellent professional care of his audiologist Helen.
Helen answered all his concerns and most importantly listened to him.
We had visited two other places prior to finally visiting Attune Kenmore and after only one visit we knew we were in the right place and in professional hands.
I must also note the friendly welcome we received from Maria the receptionist. Maria called us the day prior to our visit to remind us of the time of our visit.
All and all we could not recommend Attune Kenmore more highly to anyone looking for a very professional and caring service.

My mum has a hearing problem and we have been with attune, Carnegie for the last 4 years. From the date of first hearing test to purchasing the device and subsequent support has been amazing. The hearing specialists have taken extra care especially for the elderly to ensure the issues are resolved. Thanks attune for your service. Recommend to give attune Carnegie a try for your hearing needs.

I have been a client for a number of years and service has been wonderful. The tinnitus I had been experiencing has reduced considerably. I lost my hearing aid once and staff were very understanding and a replacement was made available very quickly.
