Vi ho illustrato chiaramente che il piatto che regge il lampadario al soffitto fa parte di un altro lampadario. Non capisco perchè continuate a negare l'evidenza. Volete passare per un'azienda seria ma se non ammettete nemmeno i vostri errori (e mi auguro che sia stato un errore), date dimostrazione di essere inaffidabili e scorretti

Risposta agli utenti (perchè tanto Aty Home continuerà a negare l'accaduto): ho inviato al venditore le foto degli steli e del piatto che regge il lampadario al soffitto che fanno chiaramente parte di un altro lampadario dal costo inferiore. Fate molta attenzione a fare acquisti sul loro sito!

Our product images show a representative design, but due to the hand-blown nature and self-assembly, variations in dimensions and appearance can occur.
• We reviewed your order to confirm the model and dimensions were correct.
• We provided a diagram comparing the example unit to your assembled chandelier to illustrate how the design could differ when assembled by the customer.
We offered him guidance on changing the look of his chandelier and shipped him an additional ten long glass stems to give you more options to adjust the size and balance of your chandelier.

First, I was worried I had ordered from a sketchy site and the price was “to-good-to-be-true, but I was pleasantly surprised! My faucet came in a reasonable amount of time and when I had a question about tracking someone responded quickly. Pleasantly surprised!

SCAM: Fake Certification, Unsafe Fixtures, and Zero Customer Support

I ordered nearly $2,000 CAD worth of lighting from ATY Home Decor — including an “Iceberg LED Chandelier” and a “Modern Circle LED Pendant” — expecting high-end, certified fixtures for a professional commercial build.

Instead, I received:

Fixtures with NO UL, CUL, or ETL safety certification

European-wired units (220V-240V) completely incompatible with North American electrical systems

Zero response from their support team after multiple urgent emails

This is not just poor service — it's product misrepresentation and an international safety violation.

My licensed electrician refused to install the lights due to the lack of legal certification and incompatible wiring. As a result, I incurred direct financial loss, wasted contractor time, and delays in my clinic’s construction schedule.

I’ve since filed a chargeback dispute and submitted formal complaints to:

China’s State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR)

China Quality Certification Center (CQC)

Health Canada Product Safety

Competition Bureau Canada

If you're in North America — do not trust this seller. The products they send are non-compliant, unsafe, and potentially illegal to install. Their silence in the face of a well-documented complaint only proves they’re operating in bad faith.

If ATY continues to ignore my demand for compensation, I will escalate this publicly and legally — including publishing video evidence, email transcripts, and filing trade complaints with international authorities.

Avoid this company at all costs. If you value safety, legality, and your time — look elsewhere.

As a standard business practice, we link all our customers to their full names and email addresses along with their orders. We received only one email from Kutaiba Alzohaili, who placed Order 3194 on November 18, 2024. In his email, he inquired about the tariffs on his order. We responded on the same day and have not had any further communication with him.

All our lighting products come with registered certifications based on their intended application and equipment. Most of our products are designed for the European and North American markets and feature components that support a voltage range of 100-230 volts. Each fixture displays its certifications along with the specific features and specifications in its description.

Kutaiba Alzohaili received his two chandeliers on November 18, 2024, at 11:51 AM. The review in question was posted by an unknown individual named Homam nearly six months later, indicating that there was no immediate urgency for support and no financial strain affecting the construction schedule that would have prevented them from reaching out for assistance shortly after receiving their order, within the 30-day guarantee period.

Communicative, Responsive, Delivers!

We were in the process of building a new home and found a lot of interesting lights at ATY. We ended up ordering well over $10K in lights and many of them sat months before installation. We had a couple of minor issues and even though the order was nearly 6 months old, the customer service team stepped up and took care of us. They are very honest, most of the products were of good quality, and most importantly, they always did what they said they would do. My only advice is to be patient, at times there was a 48 hour delay in returning emails and shipping is sometimes slower than expected, but they are a trust worthy company. I would recommend them and will buy from them again. Thank you ATY!

I ordered a light. When we went to install it and it was damaged, so we could not install it. We tried to return the light and they said sorry it did not work out for you.
very poor customer service. ridiculous on a $500 light that i can't even use.

This order was a made-to-order chandelier, and the buyer reported that one of the lighting tubes arrived damaged. We offered to replace the damaged lighting tube, and requested that send us a photo, they never replied to this request.

A few days later the buyer emailed us to identify themselves as a reseller and to further explain that they installed the chandelier but the length of time it took to get the light and schedule install, customer picked a new light and had that installed in its place.

Our return policy is available on our website, and states: On our Made-To-Order products, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS based on the following reasons: It Arrived Late by the Courier; Your Client Changed Their Mind or Doesn’t Like It.

However, we offered again to replace the damaged piece if the reseller would send us a photo of the damaged part.

We received an initial email from Maude La Rochelle stating that her order was all wrong, the pendant wire was not the correct color, and the base of the lamp didn’t match our website photo. In order to assist her we requested that she send us photos of these issues so we could better understand and resolve her issues; especially since we do not speak French. However, before we received her photos, Maude La Rochelle posted this Trustpilot review. Unfortunately, she never gave us an opportunity to correct any errors or prior notice of requesting a refund; she has been issued a full refund.

Faulty design lead to product failure

Received a chandelier and unfortunately did not try to install it until after the return period. I believe this unit is designed with a structural flaw, as it comes in two wide pieces intended to be held together with a 2mm long set screw. Inevitably, this put far too much pressure at the fulcrum point where the set screw was situated, causing the metal support to deform, and the chandelier to split in half at the middle.

While the company - at first - was very responsive, and even sent replacement parts, all of the parts failed in exactly the same way.

They repeatedly deleted my reviews of the product where I tried to disclose this flaw on the product, in which I included pictures to demo strate the flaw. This is biggest red flag to me - blocking negative, but honest reviews.

Also note: the FAQ on their page states the products have a warranty, but when asked for details on the warranty, I received the response that it is just the 30 day return window; no actual warranty exists.

They do get one star back for having attempted to be helpful despite being outside the return window. I acknowledge it's my fault for not assembling it within the period of the return window. But it certainly still stings to spend over $800 on something that's destined for the dump because of shoddy construction.

As always, buyer beware.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE SELLER:
I did not ask for a refund, I simply asked for installation instructions and a clarification of warranty procedure. The light, which comes with over 40 separate, individual pieces comes with a single image for installation, which regards wiring only. When asked how to assemble the fixture itself, not the wiring, I received a YouTube link that only showed installation of the first step. Following this step is what led to the faulty component failing each time I tried. When asked if I had done something wrong, and what is supposed to be done with the other 40+ pieces not in the video, I was met with the response "it is simple. If you can't figure it out, hire an electrician." I had had an electrician come out to assess the installation cost, which is when I finally realized what a mess this product was, and was intending to hire them to manage the installation. But I don't think an electrician will generally handle IKEA-esque assembly as part of their duties, especially when no instructions are included. The electrician also noted the oddity that the product did not use US standard wiring.

As mentioned above, I give the company a second star for being willing to try to help, even outside the return window. But the product is a one star, plastic, unstable, and (for me) unusable $900 mistake. The company's unwillingness to allow me to disclose my experience, with pictures. I was asking for warranty details not to get a refund from my CC, but to exercise their extended warranty program. I made this explicitly clear because, again, I knew I would not be able to cancel the charge since I was in the wrong being outside the return window. I have never disputed this charge and have not had my CC company take any action against ATY.

The response they are providing here with regards to warranty differs from the response I received. I was told, direct quote "We didn't not advertise or offer any kind of warranty on this product, not in product description or in our promotional materials." When I sent a screenshot of their FAQ highlighting the section that noted products came with a warranty and asking them to elaborate, I never heard from the company again until they responded above, here.

Again, I recognize I have fault here as well for not operating within the return window. That is why I do not, and did not, expect a refund. I was only hoping to get to a point where the light was hanging in my dining room, not sitting like a disassembled erector set in my closet.

We always strive to provide each of our customers the best experience buying on ATY Home Decor and this is exactly what we did for this customer, the customer placed his order June 2022 and emailed us claiming the product was defective on November 22, 2022 which is 5 months later his purchase time and asked for a refund, there is no company in this world will offer a return after this period of time and we declined the return request and offered a replacement. The customer is not an electrician and he has a very basic knowledge, we shipped another replacement by express fast shipping with lot of extra tools and new ceiling base and asked the customer to hire an electriction to do the installation to avoid damaging the parts but the customer refused and installed the chandelier in the same wrong way he did in the first time.
We explained to the customer that the warranty does not cover damage happens due to the wrong installation method, even with that we still filled our committment and shipped a replacement but the customer inssisted to receive a refund through his CC company.

We have sold hundreds of this chandelier and the product received 5 stars review from several interiors and professionals who really value the product design and never reported any issues to us related to the design or the product installation.

Murano Glass Chandelier - Final Product is Stunningly Beautiful

I ordered the Murano Glass Chandelier. You need to read the description before ordering, as you will need to assemble it yourself. There is no way they can ship it assembled. Once I ordered, they immediately confirmed with me via email that I understood I would be assembling the piece, which I did. The customer service was excellent and their response time to questions was almost immediate. The chandelier was delivered exactly as promised without any broken pieces. Assembly was very easy and the final product is stunning.

Lower your expectations.

Maybe OK if you lower your expectations, but dear good don’t try to order anything expensive or big (such that it might require multiple boxes). I liked a lot of things on the website but it looked a bit sketchy so I exercised some caution and I did a “test” order for a small $400 DIY glass lamp that came in a single box. With this purchase I would say I had a decent experience (the quality of the hardware was not great but the product arrived and looked reasonably close to as expected). I then ordered a $1200 DIY lamp and had a terrible experience. First, I get shipping notification and only 1 box arrives. I’m a bit confused so I reach out and then get told there are 2 more boxes (which do arrive but still not nearly enough parts). I then reach out and they told me that i what was delivered was 10% more than what i ordered to take into account breakage (this is impossible because the boxes I receive contain less than the $500 one and have no hardware included). After a few back and forth emails I’m then told that no, there is in fact another box coming (which arrives with more broken pieces than unbroken ones and still no hardware). I then put a dispute in with the credit card company and they promptly (literally within 24 hours) sent me a threatening email about how they have GpS confirmation of deliveries at my address and they are going to report me to credit agencies and send me to collections. If you like to receive 50% of what you see pictured and get treated poorly, this is the place you should order from!

Edit: In all fairness to the retailer, I agree they did make an offer for return, but I disagree with their assessment that I was overly negative and refused to allow them to make it right. Their order fulfillment process if a jumbled mess and I already had to send pictures of what I received in the first boxes to get them to confirm that there was in fact things missing and another box was coming - so I eventually got tired of jumping through hoops for them to do the right thing. Also, only 2 days after we agreed that I would return the parts that were actually delivered to me as a "resolution" with this retailer, they sent me the following message "Based on the tracking number of the return labels you still did not ship the product back. I've CC'd James from our collection agency partners so he knows if we did not receive the product by March 1st he can start the debt collection process. "

Bad customer service

Bad customer service and weird experience. Bought something and my order was cancelled right away, because it was supposedly out of stock. I was quite surprised to see it on the site the next day for the full price and still in stock. Tried to reach them, but no answer. No way to treat your customer.
