Buyer Beware
More care should be taken to accurately desribe the item, its condition and source (ie., customer return, floor model, damaged ect.). Disappointment in the products have led me to greatly reduce my participation in these auctions.

When I have won any bids
When I have won any bids, I email to ask for shipping. I get a confirmation email promptly the following morning. When there was an issue with my account information, I was contacted courteously and worked with until the issue was resolved

Too long of a wait
I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my package. Auction Nation should try having people make appointments and having their purchases staged and ready for pickup.

Price is good
Some products can still be used for what it was intended for and not just thrown away just because it’s is out of the box.

Missing or misrepresented items
Many occasions the items can not be located by the facility after you have taken time to drive there to pick up the items. It seems like they don't care that they wasted your time.

just be careful as they price fix.
Auctions are a great way to unload items for the company and for the consumer to catch a good deal. Unfortunately, auction nation bids against it customers to increase prices and their profits. A criminal behavior. You can still get a decent deal you just have to be careful of the auction bidding against you. NEVER put in a high bid!
