I would recommend Audiio to anyone looking for current bangers, cool sound effects, an impressive music recommendation system powered by Hans AI, and amazing customer service. Their catalog is filled with so many amazing artists. I love the selection diversity, and the user interface is easy to use. They'll take care of you well.

Ich habe bei Audiio einen Lifetime-Music-Paket gekauft. Für einen hohen Einmalbetrag sollte unbegrenzt Musik herunterladen und verwenden dürfen, solange mein eigenes Unternehmen weniger als 100 Mitarbeiter hat.
Leider hat Audiio die Terms & Conditions nach(!) meinem Kauf nachträglich geändert und wendet es auch auf meine heruntergeladene Musik an:
Nun soll die Einschränkung auf 100 Mitarbeiter auch für meine Kunden gelten - damit wurde das Paket für mich unbrauchbar. Ich habe dazu nun einen Anwalt befragt, der das Vorgehen für unrechtmäßig bewertet. Ich habe daher nun die Lizenz- und Enterprise-Abteilung von Audiio kontaktiert und warte auf die Antwort.

Eine weitere Enttäuschung war es, dass ich zwar unbegrenzt Musik hätte verwenden können, aber von den neuen Inhalten nie profitiert habe (AI-tools, SFX, Voices usw.). Diese waren in den monatlichen Paketen zwar teilweise drin, der Lifetime-Account profitierte davon aber nicht und wurde dadurch zusätzlich uninteressant.
Aktuell bietet audiio mir zumindest einen zusätzlichen Lifetime-Account für die AI-Tools an, wofür ich nochmals 99-199$ zahlen soll.

Wir nutzen Audiio für unsere Videoproduktionen und sind sehr zufrieden. Was mir besonders gefällt, ist die Qualität der Musik – da ist auch richtig gutes Zeug dabei und nicht nur diese Stockmusik-Dudelei.

Auch der Kundenservice passt: Wenn man mal ein Anliegen hat, meldet sich der Support schnell und löst das Ganze unkompliziert. Empfehlung von mir.

I signed up for an unlimited lifetime membership in 2020. Unbeknownst to me they changed the terms of that licence, after the licence was purchased. If I now wish to pay for music for my client, and their company has over 100 staff I have to pay them again. This is the worst type of sharp business practice. This is theft from freelance creatives. Absolutely appauled.

Great music library and music I`ve had zero copyright claims using Audiio music on Youtube. Also available on phone Audiio app. I have had Audiio now over year and will continue.

J’ai reçu une réclamation de droits d’auteur après avoir utilisé une chanson provenant su catalogue d’Audiio pour lequel j’ai payé une année de souscription.
Le service client est incapable de m’aider et me disant simplement d’attendre.
J’ai travaillé avec des dizaines de catalogues musicaux, les réclamation de droits d’auteurs sont courantes mais toujours levées par les plateformes en 24/48h après verification.
Aujourd’hui, cela fait 13 jours que ma vidéo et ma chaîne youtube sont menacées de blocage.
Audiio ne répond plus à mes mails.

I had purchased the one-off payment of $199 for ‘lifetime’ access to their music catalogue as a special offer. They are now offering this for $400. And ,without my consent, they charged 2 times $199 to my credit card, which I was unable to get back. I have effectively lost $600.
Despite my written cancellation last year, they tried to charge me again!

Ich hatte für die Einmalzahlung von 199$ für den "Lebenslangen" Zugang zu deren Musikkatalog als Sonderangebot gekauft. Das Bieten sie jetzt für 400$ an. und sie haben im nächsten Jahr ohne Einwilligung fast 199$ auf meine Kreditkarte gebucht die ich nicht zurückholen konnte. Ich habe praktisch 600$
verloren.
Trotz schriftlicher Kündigung letztes Jahr haben sie wieder versucht abzubuchen!

Horrible customer support. The music and SFX quality isn't great. I used only a few songs in three years. There was no heads up for the renewal, so when I realized it was renewed, it was too late. When you request a cancelation, right after your renewal went through, even though you paid for a full year, they cancelled your subscription on the day you requested so you end up paying for a full year for 2 days. No refund or no response.

I’ve been using Audiio as a very amateur video creator, mainly for holiday videos, and it has made a huge difference to the quality of what I produce. The range of background music is excellent, with plenty of choice across different moods and styles, which really helps bring simple footage to life.

I’ve also been impressed with the Hans AI feature, which is a useful addition, and the overall speed and ease of downloading tracks. Everything feels straightforward and user-friendly, even for someone who isn’t particularly technical.

I also had a positive experience with their customer support team, who were responsive and helpful when I got in touch.

Overall, I’ve been very pleased with both the service and the platform, and I’m happy to continue using Audiio for my projects.

Audiio has a great library to choose from for making content on my YouTube channel. What you receive for the price is pretty phenomenal. If you dig into it. They offer AI audio matching so you can find songs that are similar to mainstream music that you want to include in your content. That feature alone is enough for me. However, they have many more features that just make it a One-Stop shop for me as a content creator.

Ich bin seit mehr als 3 Jahren als Künstler auf dieser Plattform und bis heute habe ich kein Geld erhalten, obwohl meine Songs bei diversen Youtube-Videos mit mehr als 500k Views benutzt werden. Müsst ihr wissen.

Major disappointment when I spotted an „artist“ with clearly AI generated music. Tried to see if I can report songs - no.
Went looking for a way to contact the company - didn’t find it.
Messaged them on Instagram - no reply since.

I could accept it if it was an accident, but the artist page is filled with AI Slop and based on the pace if new song uploads (not too high as far as I’m concerned) I’d think that these would be spotted eventually. Either all eyes and ears are closed, or they don’t have a problem with it. Either way - I now have one with Audiio.
