I booked for ear wax removal. The technician explained in great detail the procedure so I knew what to expect. They take before and after pictures using iPhone type technology and complete a hearing test.

I've had trouble with a build up of wax in my ears since I was a small child and for years went to my GP surgery to have it removed until they stopped providing this service. However, it did me a favour! I've now found the best possible option - microsuction. Superior to irrigation in every way. Not painful and very effective. Just slightly noisy. Alex at Hidden Hearing is a star! Friendly, gentle and super-efficient - and a perfectionist. Thank you for a great experience.

Very pleasant experience at Hidden Hearing Bromley today (Friday 13th - not an omen!). My ear care practitioner was Jessica and she was excellent. Very professional: explained everything first and then was very gentle with the proceedure. She gave good aftercare advice as well. Nice clean premises and friendly staff- would recommend.

The hearing aid gentleman who called round was very efficient, and knew his job well, improving my hearing aids to a better standard than it was before, as my is have deteriorated slightly thank you very much for a very good service.yours Robert

Tom gives me lots of confidence by his calm and caring manner and expertise. He has the patience of a saint. As a result I have been able to persevere with my hearing aids which I have not found easy to deal with but I can now insert them with knowledge and confidence.
