I bought the Apart speakers but they sent Biamp speakers saying that it is the same. It might be, but nowhere on the website is said that one would receive a different product. They also mentioned that Apart no longer exists, however keep offering the speakers.
The return was well organised and the money refunded.

I have used Audiovokt as a supplier for multiple venues. Their prices alone make them a brilliant supplier. Moreover their customer service exceeds all expectations and soars beyond the norm across all industries. From picking suitable speakers and support thereafter they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything arrived promptly and in great condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely 1st class service, from 1st email, to phone calls, couldn't be more helpful. We wasn't totally sure if what we needed & they actually told us not to buy certain items, as we didn't really need them. Bought & paid for on the Thursday, delivered very next day.

I’m a bit disappointed with these guys. They were initially really helpful, but really let me down this time.

I bought an in-the-wall system. Only the circuit specs show you that you need to find somewhere to place the DC adapter. You cannot just run off the mains power like you would a light because you need the transformer. But all the pictures show the panel sitting nice a flush on the wall. The electrician managed to sort this out.

I asked audiovolt about the quality of the speaker cables and they said that they were just, “okay”. It does not make sense to sell different quality class levels of speakers but not upgrade the cable as well.

Only after further investigation, I also found out that the cables cannot be chased into the walls as they are not low halogen. I did ask them for the spec of the speaker cables but I did not get a response.

Not only has the electrician already run the cables, so he will be really annoyed, I will have to pay more for him to come back. I now have to run around London during a train-strike, trying to get the correct cables.

In short, the package being sold is a bit misleading. The whole point is for everything to be discrete and out-of-sight and not just tucked behind or running through units.

BUYER BEWARE. Check carefully what you are paying. Recently I purchased a 4 speaker ceiling bundle. Two Masters and Two Slaves, the salesman gave me an additional discount as I decided to purchase a number of other items. All good so far.
When the speakers arrived the Model Numbers on the boxes didn’t replicate the ones they were selling on the website (This made me concerned enough to check what had arrived). It became apparent that the speaker bundle was actually much more expensive than of I’d bought them individually rather than as a bundle. Bizarre (This was even with a discount). I emailed asking why I had received speakers with different model numbers than was advertised and why they were more expensive to buy in a bundle. They emailed back saying they didn’t know where I’d got the original model from (I replied its on your website advertised….. Oh Yes was the response). They then claimed the huge difference in price was because of a small amount of cable wire that had been put in the box.
As stated above, be careful what you buy, check the model numbers when they arrive and buying singular works out cheaper than buying in bulk with a discount .

Excellent Service and advice, postal service let the delivery down, but the team sorted me out with replacement products and had my job back on track within the day (I was able to collect direct from them).
Have used these for 3-4 jobs now and will continue to use in the future.

I was in desperate need of assistance and despite ringing after 4pm David could not have been more helpful advising me on the right product for me. What is more he did not try to sell me the most expensive item but just recommended the one that would do the job for me. I explained to David that we had a system that made our coffee shop/cafe feel like your sat in a tin of quality street with out the chocolates in it. Very tinny and lacking atmosphere. After doing a bit of research on Bluetooth systems with ceiling speakers for an extension I'm building, I opted for the Systemline E50 with four speakers and Audio Volt offered the lowest price. I ordered and it was sent out quickly. On receipt of the system I discovered that the white control panel I had ordered didn't have a jack input on the front, only the black version has this. I contacted the guys at Audio Volt to ask for an exchange for the black model and they were very helpful, even suggesting a courier service to use that wouldn't cost too much. Communication was excellent and the panel was swapped over for the black version. Top notch service. My only complaint is that it wasn't clear when purchasing the white version that the front input jack is only available on the black version. But I looked at several sellers and it wasn't obvious on any of their sites.
