I designed a pair of double monk strap sneakers and they came out better than I would have imagined, but after getting the product I realized they were absolutely perfect and exactly what I selected, which I thought was very rare. I highly recommend Robert August.

Impress the whole clubhouse with these bad boys
Probably 3/4 the reason I got into golf is for the clothing, so I spent a good amount of time trying to find the perfect garish but not too garish shoe, and when I stumbled upon Robert August, I thought I’d found a gold mine. I was hesitant at the price tag, but over the course of a month or so, I talked myself into these loafers. I kept the houndstooth, and customized them to remove the mask.
The shipping time was agony. They came in today, and I’m honestly surprised at HOW nice they are. A golf shoe at this price SHOULD be nice, sure, but dang, I mean they are NICE.
I wear a size 9D in most brands. The fit on these in that size is just right.

It took a long time to receive my order but service was great for, every question I had I received an answer. I will order one more time again even though the color I received was lighter than what I ordered. Otherwise, good job!

I wanted a pair of gray monks and I was not disappointed. They were well-made and fit perfectly. I will place an additional order within the coming weeks. I only wish that they had black cordovan.

Worth the wait
Having received the recent first-ever order for my wife, I placed an immediate first order for myself.
My first thought on arrival whilst viewing the finished product, it most certainly is "worth the wait." I do like the fit and finish both of which are simply excellent, I am delighted with my purchase, and I so look forward to wearing them shortly!
