So I had ordered a custom F75 keyboard. After I had a couple issues with the keycaps, their team was very informative and kept me up to date with my questions. Although there were some uncontrollable wait times, their team had shipped me free new keycaps, with pictures to make sure that they were right. The overall experience was worth the wait. The only thing I would say is make sure to email them any questions before you send your order off to be made, and make it extra clear what you want (for custom keyboards in specific).

Hola compre 2 teclado contrate el servicio de garantia de vuelo y llegaron bien el 1 teclado todo bien el 2 no me funciona la bateria no carga despues de 1 mes hablando con soporte y haciendo pruebas estupidas me dicen que reclame a el servicio de seguro de envio el seguro me dice que es culpa de el fabricante reclamo el dinero desde paypal y me dicen que tengo aue pagar yo el envio el envio me cuesta 60 dolares y el teclado 77 dolares despues de hablar con ellos lleguemos a un acuerdo y me mandaron uno gratis y funciona a la perfecion todo buena compra muy contento
