The past two months the product has arrived very quickly, within 5 days of placing the orders. I had occasion to contact Customer Service twice and Anna Dominique and Sarah, in customer service, provided excellent customer service. I received very professional, quick responses to my inquiries, and my request was handled very quickly. Thank you for your assistance!

Honest answer. Rather than trying to sell me something they told me to consult my doctor before using the product

For one, customer service is great! The product itself is amazing...my husband and I are taking the AMLA Superfruit Extra, less than the recommended 2 per day (about 5 per week, each), yet noticed significant increase in energy and better sleep after a few days. I also shared a bottle with an elderly sister who's suffered with chronic disease and pain for decades. After 2-3 weeks (one a day) she has had more energy and less pain.

When I sent a message to cancel my subscription, I immediately received a response and was told that the subscription was just cancelled. Thank you for your quick action to take care of my request.

Auniva made sure I had my Alma before I ran out and when I wanted to cancel my subscription they did it right away. It was not because I didn’t like it but only because I am well stocked up. I will be ordering again but this time only as I need some.

Sarah took care of the situation. I was trying to cancel my subscription but for some reason it was not letting me do it. I also cancel the order that was going to be sent out in the next couple of days.

I sent one short email asking for a delay in the next subscription delivery and was amazed and really pleased to hear back immediately that my request had been taken care of, the next delivery date clearly stated and a link to the company portal if I should wish to make further changes. Wow!!!! Just wow!

I bought Amla supplements from Auniva. It is hard to judge how good the supplements are because it is not clear what they were supposed to do for me but they didn't.
What is clear is that they are a predatory subscription service. It was very difficult to cancel the subscription. The screen to cancel was misleading. It was difficult to get to the cancel subscription page it was at least 12 steps (pages) to get through the process and the cancel button was hidden on 3 of them.
