Sadly after months of back and forth with them, and finally getting them to make my wedding ring in the correct style, I was initially happy with it, but within 3 months, most of the plating had come off the wedding ring, so my partner can no longer where her wedding ring, which is heartbreaking.
I spoke to them within that 3 months, and they haven't been completely ignoring me for the last 6 months, I have asked to have it replated to a higher quality within the warranty, and they couldn't care less, given this ring was nearly £800, that's pretty disappointing.

My kids ordered a $250 bracelet for me for Christmas from Aura jewelry. After Christmas I wore it a couple of times and it broke. Emailed Aura Jewelry in NJ and they said their warranty was only 7 days after you received the item. I told them I didn't get it til Christmas which was after the 7 day time limit. They wanted me to send in all the purchase info on the bracelet. The next email I got said to send the bracelet in to them. After a while of not hearing anything. I emailed them and they said they had not received the bracelet. I had my tracking info which said they had picked it up. Gave that to them. Did not hear again and I when I emailed them they said I would have to pay $45 for the repair. I was not told any of this before I sent my bracelet in. I could have just had it repaired myself if I had known they were going to charge me. I reluctantly sent them the $45. Have heard nothing from them since. They will not answer any of my texts. I have text them more times that I can count. My daughter ordered from Etsy and I was not aware of their policy. She contacted Etsy but they said it had passed their time frame for refunds. It took Aura jewelry over 6 months to even tell me it would take the $45 to repair. I tried to get them to just send the bracelet back but they would never answer me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM AURA FINE JEWELRY!!!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT LEGIT!!

Purchased a bespoke Maestoso ring in rose gold. Requested to replace the original gemstones with diamonds. The service was great and when I received it it showed to be just what I was hoping for, a beautiful high jewellery which I can also show off at my office… not needing a passcard too. Superb combo!

Vackert smycke som jag nu använder istället för mitt passerkort till kontoret. Leveranstid lite lång men väl värd att vänta på!
