As I haven’t received any response to my previous three emails, I’m replying to your review here.
You placed your order on April 1st, 2026, and it was shipped on April 2nd, 2026. A tracking link was sent to you the same day, allowing you to follow the delivery of your shirt at any time.
Since April 16th, your parcel has been held at customs under the status “Import authorised by the competent authority”, awaiting payment of the required duties in order to be delivered.
After seeing your review on April 21st, I contacted you the same day to provide these details. I followed up again on April 24th and April 28th, but to this day, I have not received any reply from you.
Customer satisfaction has always been my top priority, as this business is driven by a genuine passion that I share with my clients.
If the customs fees are not paid, the parcel will most likely be returned to me. In that case, I will refund your order, minus the shipping and return costs.
Finally, instead of leaving a review right away, it would have been more helpful to contact me directly. As mentioned, I am always committed to doing everything I can to ensure my customers receive their orders.
