I recently had a breast reduction in Auralia. It was an amazing life changing experience. From my first consultation to surgery day I felt so at ease with everything. All staff are fantastic from receptionists, patient coordinators, nurses and especially my surgeon Dr. Mitoc Novkovic. Although I am still healing I am extremely happy with the results so far. It has changes my life completely already. I cant thank everyone enough.

I recently had a breast implant removal and breast reduction surgery with Dr. Mitic at Auralia Clinic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.

From the beginning, Dr. Mitic was incredibly approachable and took the time to explain every detail of the procedure clearly and thoroughly. In the months leading up to the surgery, I was contacted regularly by the clinic’s team. Everyone I spoke with was kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions I had. Every single one of my concerns was addressed promptly, which gave me great peace of mind.

Although it wasn’t requested by the surgeon, I decided to do some blood tests with my GP a few months before the operation. There were a few things that needed attention (cholesterol and vitamin levels), so I followed up and repeated the tests a month before the surgery to make sure everything was fine. I come from a country where pre-operative care is taken very seriously, and having had a similar surgery before, I followed the same steps just to ensure I was in perfect health.

On the day of the surgery, everything went smoothly. I arrived at the hospital on time and was warmly welcomed by the reception staff and nurses. They did a few blood tests, and soon after, the anesthetist came to speak with me – he was very friendly and reassuring. Dr. Mitic then came in to go over the final details and perform the surgical markings. Shortly after, I was taken to the operating room.

The surgery went beautifully, and when I woke up, I was already in my room. I was given a light breakfast, and shortly after, the wonderful nurse Jane helped me get dressed and ready to go home. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and caring throughout the whole process.

In the days following the procedure, I received phone calls from the clinic to check on my recovery and ask if I had any questions – I thought this was such a thoughtful and reassuring touch.

Nine days after my surgery, I had my follow-up appointment with Dr. Mitic. He removed all the dressings and told me I could resume normal activities, except for lifting my arms and heavy objects for another week. That part of the guidance was a bit vague, but having some previous experience, I carefully cleaned the area with a mild liquid soap, dried it well, and used gauze for extra protection under the surgical bra.

Now, two weeks post-op, my healing has been excellent – no complications, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with the outcome and very grateful for the care I received.

I first visited Auralia years ago for a consultation and honestly, I really regret not going ahead with my breast reduction back then. From the very beginning, the whole team was incredibly welcoming and informative, making me feel comfortable and reassured at every step.

Dr. Salman, my surgeon, was absolutely fantastic. Every time I met with him, he took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and put my mind completely at ease. The care I received before, during, and after my surgery was second to none.

The girls in the Limerick office were also amazing, there are so lovely and welcoming, and it was very handy having all of my aftercare appointments in Limerick. I only had to travel to Dublin for the procedure itself, which made everything so much easier and stress-free.

The nursing staff were wonderful—Teresa and Gwen looked after me so well, making sure I was comfortable and supported throughout my recovery. Megan rang me to check in and see how I was doing, which I really appreciated.

The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless, and the entire team—from the girls at the front desk to the medical staff—were just incredible. My procedure and recovery have been absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I would highly recommend Auralia to anyone considering surgery. The level of care, professionalism, and kindness I received was outstanding, and I’m so pleased I chose them.

Arrived for checking in time like I was asked, nobody was there so stood at reception for 2-3 mins waiting on staff ro arrive. I was then handed a pharmacy bag and asked chicken or fish? Told ro take a seat. A nurse called me took me to by bed for the evening asked a few medical questions and said I couldn't use the bathroom in my ward I had to go down the corridor to use a toilet down their. I qas giving a paper gown and told to get ready as surgery will be very soon. Surgeon came in spoke briefly about surgery what he was hoping to achieve asked what I was hoping to achieve marked my body up very pleasant and quickly. The anaesthetist arrived next he was absolutely lovely. Walked down for surgery woke back up in the ward no comment on what happened in surgery because they tell you nothing. I was shivering and the nurses got me a hot hair blower which fixed the problem quickly. A staff member came in and had a shower in the bathroom i was told I wasn't allowed to use. I asked the nurse if I could use that bathroom because I don't think id make it to the further one and she said yes helped me out of the bed and was just lovely. The during the night I needed to use the loo again and a different nurse left me in the bathroom on my own so after a couple of minutes I started making my own way back to my bed and I had got to sitting but hadn't got my feet up just yet and she bent down scooped my 2 legs and just threw them into the bed , my reaction to this and pain that rushed throughout my body she just left straight away and came back and put an injection into the left shoulder it took about 20mins for me to recover from her her been so rough to me. The next morning a nurse said I had to eat so I asked what they had she said the sandwich i ordered yesterday but it had been sitting out all night so I asked for a yogurt and they gave me some blueberries that had been on the sandwich plate. Surgeon done morning visit said everything went well. Then I was asked did I ring the person collecting me i said no I wasn't asked to, so I rang my husband. I asked could my husband help me get dressed they said no. My clothes where on the bottom shelf i couldn't reach that low to get them and my feet had surgical tights on so I couldn't use my toes to grab clothes. I had to call and ask for help he put my clothes on the bed and walked off I had to call again and said I couldn't get arms around my back it was absolutely awful I couldn't wait to leave. I eventually was "dressed" enough to get out to my husband and when he seen he he helped me fix my clothes and close buttons on my top for me. They don't ring for a few days after surgery I got 2 call I wasn't asked how I was i was asked if I had my surgical tights still on. I tried to get a sick note for work and the girl is this department sent me a note with the wrong date, someone else's date of birth and it wasn't even signed. I just felt that she should be able to send sick notes by now as it would be a request they would get often. Surgery went well as far as I'm aware healing went good but the aftercare nurses, reception and coordinators really let the place down.

I had my surgery at Auralia and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely supportive. My surgeon helped me choose the right plan and I felt confident every step of the way.

Recovery has been smooth, and even in the early healing phase, I’m thrilled with the results. If you’re considering surgery, I couldn’t recommend Auralia more — expert care with a human touch.

I cannot recommend Auralia clinic enough. From the initial phone call, the consultation, the surgery day and all the follow up - they did not miss a beat. Everything was done so well and I felt so so comfortable throughout.

From the moment I stepped into Auralia I felt at ease. I have waited for so long to finally have my dream surgery and with my family now complete it was finally time! Not even sure where to start, and find the words to say how happy I am with Auralia. I’d contacted three different places, when I decided to go for breast augmentation. The first point of sale, to me, is just as important as the job itself. The other two didn’t even compare to my initial chats with the ladies in Auralia.
The consult with Dr.Ibraheem was informative, and a safe space to air concerns and ask any questions.
The appointment was quickly booked in, and to say I’m thrilled with the results, is an understatement. My nurse on the day, Leovy, was just a stunning and kind soul. All the nurses, when I was nervous going into theatre, couldn’t have been more positive and reassuring. Leaving, they were all congratulating me, and almost high fiving me, like they would a friend.
The follow up calls with Francesca were fun, caring, and so genuine.
Dr.Ibraheem was then as equally cheery when I came back for my week-after consult.
I wish I could go on and on about how I was treated here, and there aren’t enough stars to give.
I guess, most importantly, the boobs look great (and himself is thrilled too 😂😂😂)

I was made feel very welcome to the clinic by every staff member. I had a very positive experience. The after surgery went great, way better than I thought. With the pain relief I felt no pain at all. I got a phone call from Grainne every day to check in with how I was doing, which was a great support. I'm 2 weeks since my BA procedure and I'm feeling great.

I cannot recommend Auralia highly enough!
I have lipodema and needed liposuction for this, it’s something I have always struggled with and been so self conscious over it until I met Dr.Salman, from our first consultation until the surgery I was put at ease, a plan of action was made and a payment plan set up within a week, when I went to the Dublin clinic for the surgery I was met with my prescription for after the surgery, my welcome package and the nurse who was going to be taking care of my pre and post op care for the day! The surgical team put me at ease and I was released that evening! I got a call every day after the surgery for about a week, these calls were to check up on my pain, progress, how I was feeling etc! And it was so so appreciated! Now 3 weeks later, I am like a new person, my bruising is nearly gone, I am back to work and flying it, swelling is going down so fast and the compression garments are comfortable for every day wear. If I could rate my experience and level of care an 11/10 I would. Thank you Dr Salman and the team for everything. I finally love what I see in the mirror now, something I didn’t think was possible for me.

I cant recommend the place enough and also Dr Ibrahim. From pre-ops to post everything was more than 100%. The consultation was free. From the nurses to Admin Staff to doctors everyone is so helpful. Even after the surgery I received a call everyday to check on me. I had one concern (which was normal recovery process that I didnt know) that I called them for after 10 days and they were so quick to respond and get back to me. I would highly highly recommend the place. Also Dr Ibrahim did a great job , he is very professional and knows what he is doing

I can't fault Auralia. From my first consultation with the amazing Dr.Mitic I felt at ease. I went in with a vision of what I wanted and we spoke it through, he guided me on what way to achieve the most natural look with adding volume to my breasts. He managed to take me from not needing a bra size (my chest was so small) to a D cup and they look so natural! Surgery day was amazing, so easy and calm. The nurses & staff are all amazing & so helpful. Aftercare was second to none, everyone I spoke to was so lovely & it felt like they genuinely cared. I would 1000% recommend Auralia to anybody considering plastic surgery, it has changed my life.

Auralia have been absolutely incredible! I have been there for two procedures now, and the care I have received has been absolutely fantastic. Dr Mitic did my most recent surgery and he was very considerate, professional and caring. The nursing team are also brilliant, and really put so much care into what they do. Suzanne and Francesca were great at answering all my questions and providing quality after care.

I would happily recommend Auralia to anyone considering surgery, as they are world-class in every aspect!
