Marina was very helpful in arranging the servicing of my ventilation unit! On the day, I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen, who was a very accomplished and experienced engineer. He explained to me how the ventilation unit worked very clearly and also answered my many questions patiently! Thank you very much!

Both the engineers who came to my property to carry out the service were on time; they were both very professional, and I found them helpful and happy to answer my questions. Aura Vent have behaved professional and maintained incredible standards throughout the booking process and service and made it super easy to arrange a date, taking away any stress or hassle in moving any furniture or other equipment as they are incredibly practical.

Terence is a pleasant and personable person and showed real empathy for issues highlighted to him with my MVHR system whilst suggesting solutions e.g. to maintain an optimal air flow into my home and best practice in use of the fan boosts. Although not necessary, Terence also spent the time sharing some of his knowledge on the MVHR systems throughout the service to aid me throughout the year in maintaining a clean system. I would recommend Aura Vent to any client given his work ethic, professionalism and excellent workmanship which is a difficult commodity to find in this industry!
