Do not buy from Aurelle! This is now my fourth attempt via Trust Pilot to contact your company regarding a return request, originally submitted on 28th July. I have received no response whatsoever, despite following up multiple times and contacting both support - tryaurelle co and support aurelle-paris.reamaze

Your lack of communication and failure to process my request is unacceptable and in direct violation of standard consumer protection rights. I am giving you until Tuesday respond with clear return instructions and confirmation that my return will be accepted and refunded in full, regardless of any return window that may have passed due to your inaction.

If I do not receive a reply within this timeframe, I will be escalating this issue through:

My payment provider (to initiate a chargeback/dispute)
Consumer protection agencies
And, if necessary, public platforms to warn other customers of this experience

Steer clear. This company is beyond poor. I ordered 3 bikinis having seen an advertisement on insta. 2 are of extremely poor quality- 1 is just about ok. I have sent multiple emails to this company using email address on website requesting a return/ refund and no reply. That is over £50 wasted due to lack of customer service. Lesson learnt. Do not buy from this company. I will be reporting it to trading standards.

The packaging was so cute it was the best packaging i’ve seen. And the bikini is great quality and very pretty.

The whole experience was awesome! I loved everything I got in the gold tote!

Easiest return ever! We needed to exchange for a larger swimsuit size and they responded quickly to my request and shipped the new one out immediately. Great customer service.

I loved the new bikinis I received, although I had hoped for a wider variety on the style even though it was a mystery package. The delivery was way faster than expected. Overall, I love the bikinis and I'm looking forward to buying/recieving more!! If the company is interested, I'd like to have the opportunity to be a brand ambassador for Aurelle!! ❤️

The quality of the swimwear was great. I was quite surprised at how flattering the bikini was. They even threw a surprise gift:)

The came in 3 days after ordering! I ordered the 3 suits & mystery tote package. The suits were all mediums, but they were each very different and were all different levels of coverage, which was great! I'm a member of the IBTC (itty bitty t*tty committee), but have a bigger booty, so I have a hard time finding tops that aren't falling off me. None of them felt like that, and one was even TINY on me, so I finally have a cute tanning top. Definitely size up. I can wear small bottoms, they're just usually super cheeky, but all of these medium bottoms were VERY cheeky. I live at the beach and have surfing suits or tanning suits; these are definitely not surfing suits, but great tanning 'kinis! The only thing missing is the mystery tote that I thought came with the suits, they just came in their delivery package. I could have definitely been wrong about that coming with the suits, though!

I was so genuinely surprised when I received the package this week with the additional bathing suits. That was so thoughtful and kind and definitely not necessary. The selection of colors and patterns was great and they’re definitely suits I’ll be wearing all summer! Thank you so much!
