I ordered some swift PJs as a Christmas gift. I did receive the PJs after Christmas but have been charged 2 additional charges of 29.99 since then. Seems a bit sketchy to hide memberships in the fine print at checkout. Beware

I purchased the Swiftie Pajamas on 12/13. I received them 5 weeks later. Then two additional charges were made without orders being placed. After calling a never going to answer phone, I've sent email to have that taken care of. No response or reply. I will never order from this site again.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a gift for a friend. Took forever to arrive and mediocre quality at best. Didn’t expect anything great for 29.99 pajamas but the kicker is now they are charging me a 29.99 month VIP membership fee. Total BS. Stay away!

I made a purchase for the first time and billed for $32.99 on 12/19/2024.
My credit card was billed thrice for $29.99 on 12/31/24, 01/06/25 and 02/12/25 without making any purchases.
The interesting thing was that even though I canceled my card and changed to a different one, they still found a way to bill the new card. This is unacceptable.

I ordered pajamas on 12/16/24. It is now Feb 13 2025 and I still have NOTHING. I have emailed the company three times and they just kept saying "keep checking the tracking" The tracking says it's been in Chicago since Jan 6. I am beyond frustrated and have moved to disappointed. The customer service was nonexistent and I will NEVER order from them again.

I made a purchase 07/12/2024 for $108.28 AUS: for Taylor swift PJs and a small piano for Christmas Gifts; neither was received and no email received to confirm the order.
On 21/12/2024 I was charged $49.73 AUS: nothing was ordered, or received! I then cancelled my credit card...
Yesterday, despite cancelling my credit card I was charged another $49.35 AUS, which was apparently for a VIP membership i had signed up for???
I have requested to cancel my 'VIP membership' immediately and provide a refund for the above amounts.

I purchased two Swiftie pianos on Nov 30 as Christmas gifts. I received no confirmation email so I have no order number anywhere. The pianos arrived on 12/24. I received my credit card statement and am being charged a $29.99 "VIP Membership fee" for just purchasing a product once. Please cancel this membership and refund these two extra $29.99 charges. This is upsetting and a very deceptive way to do business.

They stole my credit card information twice. I have no email confirming my so called “membership” that I was charged twice for. I cancelled my credit card the first time and they somehow got access to my new card which I did not authorize them to use or make any additional purchases on the website. I want this membership cancelled!

Would not even give one star. It has been 21/2 months since my order placed. No notifications, my tracking now says “undeliverable”. I have sent 3 emails with not response. My cc was charged on day of order. I’m really upset!

I bought the espresso pajamas for me and my daughter. Took so long to receive them. I want to return them because of how long they took to get here and my pajama top arrived dirty. I’ve emailed them multiple times to start a return and have NEVER received a reply. Totally ridiculous.

I’ve been so frustrated with this company not responding to me!? Like other reviews, I ordered pajamas via instagram on the 1st of January, they charged my card immediately and I NEVER got a tracking number, email - no correspondence from the at all! And obviously no pajamas either. I’ve called several times and gotten the same “we’re experiencing high call volume” crap. How are they getting away with this?

I ordered two pair of pajamas from Aurelle & Bloom on December 7, 2024. My credit card was charged that day. So far I have not received one word regarding my order. Weeks ago I left a message for someone to call me back but no one ever did. Then I sent an email weeks ago and never heard back. Not sure what I can do about this.

Product was ordered on December 9th. We are in February and I still don't have my product. I've sent multiple emails requesting my product, with response times over 2 weeks Just letting me know that they will be on the way. Just today, I now have an updated tracking that says the product was delivered yesterday. Although I work from home, no delivery phad been made. This is a scam company do not give them your money. You can get these same pajamas on Amazon with next day delivery

This site seems to be the only way to get Aurelle and Bloom to respond. I ordered 4 pairs of pjs on January 1 and got an email that they had shipped on January 5. And it has been crickets since then -- no tracking, no merchandise, and ZERO customer service. ANd no one answers the phone. I sent a third email to them today and just got this: "Thank you for reaching out to Aurelle & Bloom! We’ve received your request and want to assure you that our team is here to help. Due to an increased volume of support inquiries, it may take up to 5–7 business days for one of our support agents to get back to you...." It was followed by a list of links to their site, VIP store, tracking site, etc. All USELESS.
My order ANB#40859 shipped on January 5 -- It has been 30 days and I have gotten NO updates nor my package. The tracking number AM607068318CN yields no information whatsoever: No shipping info for your order yet.

I bought my daughter a piano from Aurelle and Bloom. I received my bank statement and I was charged for a VIP membership. I never signed up for a membership. I have never even received an e-mail from this company. I can't believe they would have this hidden charge to customers.

Today is day 53. This is my 3rd review because this is the only forum that these guys will respond to me. I've emailed their CS through the website - CRICKETS. I've emailed their address they gave me below in my last review, 2 weeks ago - CRICKETS.
My order has now been sitting in Dallas distribution center since:

My advice is do NOT order from this company due to NO Customer Service and unexplained additional charges.
My order was placed January 1, 2025.
My credit card was charged on January 3rd.
January 27th I tried calling Aurelle and Bloom. They do not answer the phone and instruct you to email.
January 26th sent email requesting status of my order
January 29th sent another email
Order was received January 30th.
January 16th my credit card was charged $29.99 for reasons unknown.
February 3, 2025 unable to contact Aurelle and Bloom
February 3rd contacted my Bank

I ordered an XL Taylor Swift pajama set for a gift. It arrived after Christmas, that was fine, but I received (Jan6, 2025) a large instead of x-large. I immediately emailed every way I could find how to return and get what I ordered or a refund. I have emailed 5 times since. Today, Feb 2, 2025, I received information saying I could not get a refund on sale items. Zero solution to the fact they sent me the wrong size to start. Lesson learned.
Update: the reply from them is a lie. We had numerous emails back and forth. They finally refunded my $29.99 joining fee when I said I would contact my credit card to dispute the charges. I was also offered a discount on future purchase. As if...
I still have the large (when an xl was initially ordered) without any solution. They tell me I cannot be refunded the purchase because it was on sale. Well...send me what I ordered. Not that challenging. If you are out of the size, refund the purchase.

This company is a scam. I ordered a set of pajamas on December 23rd and never received them. After 10 emails to the company requesting a refund, the only response has been that there are no refunds on sale items. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.
I left a previous Trust Pilot review and they wrote back (probably a bot response) to reach out to customer support and they would take care of it.
5 emails later and still no response
