Same items are on Amazon…
8The same items are available on Amazon for less than half the price charged by this company and your refund for return items will be credited to your visa account the same day with Amazon and not the 3 to 7 business days it takes this company. I paid $158.97 for a pillow and mattress topper that would have costed me $80.16 had I bought them from amazon. Another point is the company does not have a telephone number listed necessitating conveyance via email. Also, I found two addresses for the company, one in Brasil the other in Florida, so Beware and be smart.!!!! Added! "I give the company 5 Stars for their fast and courteous replies to my many emails".

The mattress topper is a complete scam
The mattress topper is a complete scam. It states 100% refund policy for 30 days, but only if it is unopened and unused?? How can you try it and not USE it? All of the claims in the ad are false, it is not cooling, it does not have straps in the corners, and it left large indents from our bodies with the first use. I paid $169 for the king size, and when I checked the next day, it was $40 less. I am so mad I got scammed. I should have checked all of the reviews first.

You offer for a person to try the mattress topper for 30 days 100% RISK FREE. In your terms you list undergarments as hygiene items and NOWHERE do you state 50% return fee if I don't like the mattress topper. Very misleading!!!!

I ordered over $100 of Skinceutical products in late December, my money was posted to my bank account on 12/30, but I never received an order # and never heard another word from the company. I am unable to contact them and I am now in the process of disputing the charges from my credit card.

After reviewing orders placed in late December, we identified that some were impacted by a system processing issue, which resulted in missing order confirmations and delays in communication. We understand how concerning this is, especially when a charge has already posted to your account.
We want to clarify that a full refund has already been issued for this transaction. The refunded amount was sent back to the original payment method, and depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.

HORRIBLE Customer Service, FALSE ADVERTISING about RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Update 12/27/25 Aureon Labs, If that is your “policy” your website should include that information. I spent over an hour looking for the information you stated below & unless you just recently “updated” it as you did after my friend told you about the straps and covers, you should stand by the policy that was on your website at the time of purchase. I have screenshots of the policy that was in place at the time of purchase and from the last time my friend contacted you. Your website completely states something completely different from what your responses to my review & my friend have been. I have the screenshots of your website, policy, etc to prove it. I stand my original review and I hope other buyers are able to see this before purchasing from your company.
My friend bought me a mattress topper for my birthday. After I opened it, I noticed it did not have a cover or straps to attach to my mattress and it smelled horribly. I tried to get it back in the box but after you open a mattress topper they expand rapidly. My friend emailed the company and they stated they would only give her 50 % of her money as that counts as restocking fee and she would have to pay shipping. The mattress topper was never used. I thought reviewed their website and it looks like they have updated some of the things on their website as after my friend brought it to their attention that it stated it came with a topper cover and straps that is now removed and I have screenshots as well. NOWHERE on their website does it state anything about the customer having to pay for shipping and items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. It actually states that customers will never have to pay for shipping or a restocking fee.The customer service representative stated it was a hygienic item & thy was the reason. IT was never used. If you have false information on your website and the product is not what was stated on the website you are falsely advertising. I feel so bad that my friend tried to do something nice for me and was totally scammed from this company. I noticed just now that they are also selling SkinCeutical products for dirt cheap, basically almost 75% off. I can guarantee you these are not authentic. Medical grade skin care is only sold on certain sites and med spas. They will NEVER be this cheap. I have been scammed before on websites like these. BUYER BEWARE!

Ended up with fake skin care product
This review is for Aureon Labs (Medical/Skincare)
I ordered SkinCuetical topical skin care 3 pack item from Aureon labs. Was quite abit cheaper than other sites so I ordered it thinking it was worth a try . It Took forever to get to me. Did not get any reply email when ordered…. I emailed Aureon many days later after I ordered it, they sent what was a bogus tracking info from Yunexpress or GoFoexpress that showed it going from China to Tennessee and not my address. I checked the tracking # and it was correctly entered, so I immediately contacted my credit card company to stop payment, then later it arrived in my postal mail box. I then checked the tracking again and it was correct but shipped via Yunexpress and GoFoexpress. No idea why it showed Tennesee address at first or where the Tennessee tracking went?
SkinCueticals products are made in the USA - I verified that with the SkinCueticals company after all of this, but the box I got shows made in France? AND - why was a known US made product marked made in France then shipped to China THEN to the US with all the tariff war going on?? Doesn’t make any sense .. no way these days it would be cheaper what does make sense is that what I received is a knock off product made in China. Once I opened the “France” made product and compared it to the product I had on hand it is obvious it doesn’t smell similar or have anywhere near the same consistency as the one purchased locally which I was simply trying to replenish. Absolutely a knock off version of the product. Go ahead and google this -check SkinCueticals website and see where they make their products, check other one star reviews on various seller websites with similar stories…. If the price is “ too good to be true” there is a reason…
My reply to Aureon - if you send me counterfeit items why in the world would I trust you to make things right? Your response was nothing more than a canned answer. I threw your counterfeit Skin Cuetical products in the trash. Adios amigos.
