I purchased a belt from Aureum Collective [based on the size chart they provided] in a stunning chocolate brown suede.
When I received the belt, it didn't fit, was not at all the color pictured on the website, and was in no way near the quality I expected base on the price point for this item. I wanted to send it back.
I was told by customer service that they give no refunds, only store credit!!
I reluctantly ordered this belt in the correct size, but then was CHARGED an additional fee for the exchange. The exchange that was needed because I based my order on the size chart provided.
Truly wish I had read ALL of the reviews out there of this company before placing my order. Clearly, many have had a similar experience.
The quality of the products look super cheap!
The quality of the products look super cheap and they will only offer store credit. DON'T SHOP HERE!! IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Miserable customer experience. Expensive merchandise with poor quality. The $550 No 14 belt looks beautiful but does not rest flush against the buckle. Do not follow the sizing guidelines on their website - they are not accurate. It is $15 to return or exchange any item and you can only get a store credit for a return. They are extremely non customer centric. They also don't provide a phone number for customer service, don't respond quickly to emails, and don't bend on any of their stated policies when they have an unhappy customer who feels she wasted her money based on following THEIR sizing guidelines. Shop anywhere else but with this company.
Loyal customer left disappointed - return not refunded
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the mostly negative reviews.
I’ve been a loyal Aureum customer for years, spent over $5,000, and followed the brand and its founder across social media.
When I exercised my right to return an item within the allowed time, a refund was refused and only a voucher was offered.
The item was returned and delivered, yet no refund was issued.
Not only is this practice against EU law, it is extremely disappointing to see that a brand presenting itself with a luxurious image clearly does not value its loyal customers.
This is very disappointing, and despite having loved all previous items I received, I will not order from Aureum again.

Don't do it
Two stars only because I received an email response. Given a pair of earrings for a gift. They have limited wear and a post broke from the earring. Considering the cost I would have thought they would replace or repair but I received a so sorry message they are sold out and we don't repair. So now I throw away or take somewhere to pay to have fixed. I hve received better from Kendra Scott and costume jewelry purchased from Nordstrom.
Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
I purchased a belt from this brand expecting premium quality given the 400 CHF price tag. Unfortunately, the product has been a major letdown. Despite only wearing it a few times and taking great care of it, the suede has already begun to bobble, fade, and develop an uneven texture and darkening in colour. The metal on the belt has already began to tarnish. This kind of wear is unacceptable for a luxury item at this price point.
What’s even more disappointing is the customer service. I reached out via email twice to raise my concerns, but have received no response—it’s been months now. Being completely ignored has only added to my frustration.
Overall, both the product and the post-purchase experience have fallen far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
Customer service here SUCKS
I bought two belts from this brand, both arrived in great condition and only wanted to keep one. The second belt arrived darker than what was pictured for a dark cream colour, so I emailed them for a refund. Their website said 72 hours for a response, ITS BEEN DAYS of me emailing them asking for a response. WTH???? I will never buy from this brand again.
Stay away
First of all, Cass Dimicco buys followers on instagram. It was wild seeing her go from a small following to almost a million followers overnight and if you click the followers they are fake profiles lol.
Second of all, I bought a necklace from Aureum and it gave me a horrible rash. The only thing I’m allergic to is Nickel, so it was obviously made or that. I emailed Cass / the brand and got zero response so I followed up. Radio silence, which seems to be a common theme with this brand. Therefore I was left no choice but to comment on the instagram asking about my issue so that I could get a refund, and CASS DELETED MY COMMENT lol.
BAD QUALITY - DO NOT PURCHASE
Sounds like everyone here has a similar experience. The post broke off of one of my earrings after wearing it 5 times. Gisele from customer service said that they could not replace it and suggested we take the earring to a local jewelry store for repair. WHAT!? For $100+ earrings, the quality is trash and so is the customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Disappointing Customer Service and Defective Product – Filing Formal Complaints
I purchased a pair of earrings from Aureum Collective recently, and upon receiving them, I immediately noticed a defect—one of the earring posts was significantly thicker than the other, making it impossible to fit into my piercing. I contacted the company right away, expecting a resolution.
Initially, they offered an exchange or store credit but required me to pay for return shipping, which I found unreasonable given that the issue was due to a manufacturing defect. I clarified this in writing and returned the earrings at my own expense for them to verify the problem.
After receiving the return, they denied that there was any defect, despite my detailed explanation. Instead of standing behind their product and offering a proper resolution, they dismissed my concerns.
I am disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to take responsibility for a defective product. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
I would caution others before purchasing, as their return policy and customer service do not protect buyers from quality issues.
EXPENSIVE TRASH
I’ve purchased $250 earrings that completely tarnished and the back broke off after wearing 5 times. Gisele in customer service continued to happily tell me they couldn’t help me and I should pay a jeweler to fix them. Worst customer service, products and return policy I’ve ever seen from a company. Good luck!
Horrible Customer Service
I never received my item and they refused to help me or issue a refund. The item was lost in the mail and when I requested that they open a claim with the carrier and ship a new item, they refused and said I am the one that needed to open a claim. I explained I was unable since I did not create the shipment and they said, sorry, nothing we can do.

I love Cass Dimicco's style on Instagram so it led me to her brand. The belt from Aureum I bought is made in Italy, and is buttery and smooth. I love the gold detailing, it can be dressed up or down.

Worst experience! Their pop up store in nyc was a joke! Horrible customer service. Overpriced junk jewelry.
TERRIBLE QUALITY
Ordered a belt and it arrived beat up and dented. I emailed customer support and was told that it is "distressed." For a $200 belt it looks so cheap and not distressed at all. Customer support was terrible.
BEWARE - any company that doesn't let you leave reviews on their website is sketchy and has poor quality. AVOID - I truly wish I had.
Fraud!
Unfortunately, I can only confirm the bad reviews. The ring I ordered for almost €300 arrived absolutely scratched. The material generally seems to be of poor quality. The presentation on their website does not correspond to reality and is just marketing. This is downright fraud. Customer service only replied to me once, saying I could return the earrings at my own expense. A further 3 messages were ignored. This is not a reputable company.

Heavy influencer Pr done but its a scam! Scam alert. I received scratched up jewellery the material is so cheap brittle and light it can snap any minute! The box was old and the corners of the jewellery box ripped. The jewellery is something picked from walmart and sold under luxury prices! Ive found exact worth pretty much exact pieces for 10 $ that are priced at 250$ on their site! Plus worst customer care ever and no phone number to contact them!
