Sadly this company seems to be in disarray. I had wanted to sell a gold sovereign and tried ringing multiple times over several weeks, each time the line went dead. I emailed and was told the company had new owners and was in transition so to try again in a week. The same happened again. Then I emailed, got no response, so tried ringing again and amazingly spoke to someone. He said he'd missed the email (!!) and to send a picture of the sovereign (mint condition) and he would get back to me - nearly 24 hours later and I'm still waiting for a reply. So I am going to sell elsewhere. Obviously service has gone down compared to other reviews.

I had a single Krugerrand to sell and monitored Auronum’s online buying price which was about £2578-£2579 for a couple of hours. Telephoned them to sell but no reply. Eventually the phone rang off so I emailed instead. Three hours later I had a reply offering £2534. When I queried this I was sent a screenshot showing two different prices depending on where you looked. The second price was £2561 which was nearer the mark but still quite low. I wrote back to reject the offer and enclosed my own screenshot which by now showed £2574. So there seemed to be several versions and together with the time delay it seems that the admin is less than 100% reliable.

Auronum are in my opinion the best to buy from but especially to sell to, they advertise the actual price they will pay, too many others advertise a price and only want to pay a percentage. Top class and many thanks.
