Shipped a band that had a different name on it, 23dollar product elsewhere on line. No responses to emails for returning item. Now i see other reports and make a note in future to do more research!
The company takes your money and may or may not ship you anything. Then they ignore any attempt to contact them. Do not do business with this company for any reason. They are a fraud.
This is a complete and utter fraud on the public. the ring and bands give you false readings saying your blood pressure is normal when its not and I have proof of this with a real blood pressure cuff side by side with their readings. Do not buy one of these they will not send you any refunds.
If i could give a zero stars i would! This is such a scam and when i couldn't download the app (due to dangerous content, per my provider) they wouldn't let me return the ring. They noted that b/c it wasn't fully packaged and the "shrink wrap" was removed around the box, that their hygiene policy is no returns. Mind you the ring, nor charging device was even taken out of the box! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
Takes forever to get your product, and you better make sure that the ring is the correct side. Aurora will NOT accept and exchange or a refund. Basically said to put it on another finger if you accidentally bought the wrong size.
I ordered a ring to track my POTS symptoms and my apartment manager erroneously sent it back to sender. I have contacted the company 4 times via email and contact form on their website since February 4th with no response. I also called their business customer service phone number provided on their website 3 times and the number was disconnected from service. I will now be charging back the sale on my Amex as I have not received my order nor any communication from the company whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed.
The product deceptively makes you believe are buying an Aura ring. It arrived the instructions were a horrible translation to English. But it worked. Till the first update 5 days later now it will not work. Repeated filings for support through the app go unanswered. As do emails to the company or a refund. Buy anything else
