Received the rings are they were well finished and presented, box could be a little nicer though, but really that's it. The rings themselves are great.
If we could get a few more metal mix and match options and improve the boxes, it'll be a 5 star for me 😊.

Faultless experience
Had a great experience from start to finish with A&B. The store in Manchester is welcoming and accommodated us without booking ahead with an appointment. Michal, sat with us and helped myself and my (now) fiancé with choosing and deciding on the perfect ring for us. No sales talk, just real honest advice. After some thought I returned with a request to draft a CAD version of a bespoke ring. All of the items requested were incorporated with the first draft which I then ordered and had produced with no effort or concerns at all. Very pleased and would absolutely recommend. Big shout to Michal for her patience!

Don’t buy ANYTHING from here because…
Don’t buy ANYTHING from here because you’ll have it FOUR weeks and it will start falling apart and they will say it’s out of warranty (sorry what? For a brand new ring) and try to charge you £70 to repair it when it’s not fit for purpose. An engagement ring is meant to last a lifetime but apparently according to Austen and Blake that’s just 4 weeks 🙄
After over a week and a half of begging for a response because the wedding is at the end of the month now they claimed it’s repaired and will never ever happen again and in less than a week the diamond has fell out AGAIN 🤨 tell me why you didn’t just REPLACE the ring or refund it

Aftercare & Service..
I had a fantastic experience with Charlotte, especially when it came to the aftercare of the engagement ring. From start to finish, she was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.
When I needed the ring resized, Charlotte handled it seamlessly. She kept me informed throughout the process, ensured the turnaround was quick, and the final result was absolutely flawless. The ring fits perfectly now and looks just as beautiful as the day I got it.
What really stood out was her level of care even after the initial purchase. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and values her customers long-term, which is something you don’t always find.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone - her service, attention to detail, and aftercare are truly exceptional.

Went in store and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We discussed about the ring I’d seen on their website and she even provided examples to give a visual frame of reference. Just over 3 weeks later I returned to receive the ring and I was overly impressed by the result. I would recommend.

We went to get my partner an engagement…
We went to get my partner an engagement ring made , there was so much choice but what made it for us was Rosie the girl that served us . She listened and narrowed down what we wanted to give my partner a fantastic ring . Rosie was patient, very friendly and very knowledgeable a credit to the company. Ignored
We definitely didn’t get a warm welcome when we walked into your shop in Manchester. I understand you were busy but literally nobody even acknowledged we’d walked in. We were unsure what to do and felt lost. It wasn’t until we went to go downstairs and it turned out that wasn’t allowed that anyone even spoke to us. I had been looking to buy a wedding ring but will be getting it elsewhere now.

Great service
I was very happy with the time I had to choose my ring (a lab diamond)I tried on a number of rings before choosing and had good advice from the assistant. My ring was ready within the timescale I’d been given and on picking it up was very pleased with it, it’s beautiful. I’ve had many compliments about it.

Upsetting experience
We were really excited for our wedding rings appointment, but were completely let down by the customer service.
The staff member was rude, offered minimal advice, and we felt as though we were being rushed out of the store. This is our third location to try on wedding rings and the service here is MILES away from other companies.
I tried on multiple styles but no assistance or guidance was offered at any point. The shop assistant barely even looked at my ring pairings! The rings themselves looked very dull and unclean.
The whole experience was quite upsetting for what should have been a lovely time. Instead, it was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. We will definitely not be returning.
