Choosing wedding rings
My partner and I went to Austen & Blake to choose our wedding rings. We had looked on the website and narrowed down the selection but when we were in the store we ended up choosing something else thanks to the kindness and patience of the Assistant Manager Kirsty who showed us rings we hadn't considered. She didn't make us feel rushed and was very patient indeed. We are really happy with the design, quality and fit of our rings. It made us feel even more excited about getting married. We also really appreciated the returns policy which meant if we didn't like the rings or there were any problems with them we could return them within 30 days. This gave us peace of mind as wedding rings are an investment and not cheap (although we were very happy with the prices in Austen and Blake - they have something for every budget). A big thanks to Kirsty and the store manager for making the choosing of our rings feel like a special event.

I can’t thank A&B Nottingham enough for both their incredible service and the final product of the ring made to my requirements that looks absolutely stunning.
Having popped in knowing very little, Kirsty took the time to go through every part of the production stage, showing me examples and options. She was lovely, so patient, so informative and a credit to your business.
I’m currently out in the Florida Keys with my now fiancée who was blown away by the ring when I popped the question. And thankfully she said YES 🙌🏻💍
We will be back to visit you for our wedding rings!!!

Wedding ring
Had a wonderful experience. Came here to look for a wedding ring. We were assisted by Mathew who was absolutely lovely and we managed to pick out a beautiful ring. Came into the store to collect it today and it looks amazing as the pictures online. We were assisted by the lovely kirsty. Would highly recommend the store to anyone looking for affordable rings.

Thank you Mitch for helping us get my dream wedding set! We couldn’t imagine having done this process with anyone else. He was so friendly, approachable and enthusiastic about the whole process. He’s got a natural charm and a clear passion for what he does, which shines through in every conversation. We are SO happy we got our rings with Austin & Blake and specifically with the help of Mitch, who made it stress-free, efficient and above all really fun!
We just collected our bespoke wedding set and could not be happier with the final result. Again thank you Mitch! We will definitely be back for future jewellery purchases!

I had the pleasure of consulting with Kirsty at the Victoria Centre branch regarding a Engagement ring + wedding band set.
She took the time to sit down and discuss the rings and diamonds in detail, there was a lot to understand but Kirsty made it very easy to follow and allowed me to make a informed decision on my choice of ring/diamond. Kirsty was very friendly, charismatic, helpful and a huge asset to the store.

Kirsty at the Nottingham branch was really helpful in helping me choose a diamond eternity ring for my 50th wedding anniversary. The reason we chose Austen Blake is that you get to pick the clarity and grade of diamond plus what metal you want the item to be made in making it unique to you. The end product was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend Austen Blake.

Wonderful experience!
I had been thinking of having a new engagement ring for a while as my old one was very worn. There are so many jewellers around and I wasn't sure where to go. I chose A&B as their Web site is amazing and reviews outstanding.
On the day of my appointment my husband was ill. I wasn't sure whether to cancel or go alone...decided to go alone and so pleased I did.
My appointment was with Kirsty whom unfortunately was busy with a customer, this wasn't a problem. I was introduced to Mitch and he apologised on behalf of Kirsty. I explained that my husband was ill and I felt a little embarrassed and anxious - looking for an engagement ring on my own.
Mitch was lovely and I felt at ease immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and know matter how many rings I tried, Mitch was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. (By the way, when Kirsty was free, she apologised and made me a cup of tea)
After viewing many beautiful rings,discussing everything there is to know about diamonds (I learned a lot) I finally chose a stunning ring. When my ring was ready to collect I had an appointment with Kirsty whom I have to say is just as lovely, welcoming and friendly as Mitch.
I hope A&B appreciate just how professional, and sincere their staff are. Mitch and Kirsty are a credit to Austen & Blake Nottingham.
