Product as described and the delivery was fast and reliable will use again
Items all arrived no problem. The only small issue is that there was only one tracking number for two separate deliveries. Will order from them again.

I was sent incorrect product (a product…
I was sent incorrect product (a product that costs a third of the price) and I have chased up for 4 weeks to rectify. I have been advised I would be sent replacement, not received, then requested refund, not received, and I have asked for an email to confirm agreement each time, and have not received. I am paying overseas phone calls and my time is being wasted. Let alone the almost $200 I spent.
I will continue to chase and if this is rectified in the next 1 week I will update my review to confirm refund or product has been received. If I don’t, I’ll be completing reviews elsewhere to ensure Australian shoppers do not use this company.
