Worst company I’ve dealt with. They initially emailed me the returns address and I sent the item back as instructed. They have now received the item, yet there has been no communication since and still no refund.

This has been ongoing for four weeks now, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service is non-existent and they ignore messages once they have your item.

I would not recommend this company to anyone — avoid at all costs.

This is the second time I've ordered clothes are fab and prices are great .
Had a small problem with delivery but that was sorted promptly .
Authenticated is a great store for hard to source apparel it's like a personal shopper without the personal shopper prices .

I ordered a Fear of God Essentials hoodie and sweatpants (Order #7723) and initially had some concerns as there was a delay with tracking updates from Royal Mail showing “we’re expecting it” for several days.

After reaching out to the team, my order was dispatched and arrived the very next day. Everything turned up exactly as described, well packaged, and the quality is spot on.

I just want to say thank you to the team at Authenticated.com for resolving things quickly and making sure I received my order. Really appreciate it.

I placed an order on 14 March 2026, I paid a premium for next day delivery. 19 days later, I still have not received the item.
I reached out to the company on three separate occasions but have not received a single response. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and leaves you wondering where your money has gone.

I had ordered from their website on January 29th and received order confirmation shortly after but never anything on shipping.

I have contacted them three times since then and have lodged 2 disputes via klarna which they had cancelled but still did not reply

I noticed they have changed the price of the item on their website so its not like they are inactive, would strongly advise against ordering from this seller as its been quite a headache

Ordered a hoodie that was too big, sizing should be clear but the returns process was fine and now im happy with the correct size. Thanks!

Edit: they finally agreed my return so i have sent the goods back but low and behold thw address they provided doesent accept deliveries. Ive contacted royal mail several times to be told this. I have now disputed the purchase with my credit card company as no one ever replies to emails. Would avoid at all costs.
Ordered a tracksuit for my son but was too big, sent multiple emails and return requests to exchange for a smaller size and no one bothers to respond. I'm at the point now were I will have no choice but to do a charge back with the bank

I ordered a hoodie for my son as a christmas gift - they sent me the wrong colour and assured me the correct colour hoodie was being sent - low and behold nothing has arrived and its now February! I have chased via numerous emails and they keep saying it will be delivered by the end of week etc just palming me off each time! I have had to go through my bank to get my money back! Please be wary of this company if you intend to use in the future!

I have emailed and emailed and got no response after spending nearly £200 you’d think someone would come back to me but no, they give you 14 days to return but you can’t return them as no one replies!! Shocking service

Paid extra for shipping before Christmas. One item was delivered other item missing, I was assured this would be sent out in the new year. I have sent various emails since and I am just being ignored. Terrible customer service would never purchase from them again!

Super happy with the service from Authentic, my order arrived within 3 days (including the weekend) which is faster than most companies. The trainers were lovely and I can’t wait to wear them.

I ordered the wrong size by an accident and had used next day delivery. I thought it would be too late to change delivery but I emailed them quickly and they rectified the issue immediately.

Pleasently surprised with company as Saw some bad reviews after I ordered so was worried if they was legit. emailed but got a response quickly and parcel arrived within 2 days so all good. Hoodie is a bit big but my son is 14 so will grow into it.

My son ordered £95 pound pair of trousers with his xmas money he waited over a month to receive, I to contact the company multiple times, as my son was becoming upset thinking he had lost his xmas money. No contact, i told them i would be taking it further, then i put a bad review on, that must have got their attention because they emailed me saying it was Royal Mails fault (i don’t believe that) any way they said they would repost and give a part refund for the trouble. The trousers came in 3 days, i dont think they are the real deal. The trousers have the name at the front this is coming off. Also i have never received the part refund. They emailed me asking me to remove bad reviews

Stay away.. not legit as ordered for a christmas present it came and was tried on christmas day but didn't fit so returned for an exchange as there email request and still had nothing from them nearly 4weeks, no response to emails, theres no contact number, so will now have to open a dispute to get the £119 back its an absolute joke
