Order took a month to ship, sent emails via their “contact us” form on the website twice with no response. Finally received the item, washed it once on cold, and the screen print turned from black to purple. Would never buy from this company again-very poor customer service and product.

This company appears to be a scam. I ordered a shirt like 3 weeks ago and it’s never been delivered. Their customer service response emails are all automated with no clear answers. One email said my shirt is no longer available but then suggested I use the link to buy another one before they run out?! I don’t think this company even exists. No one to call

It’s a very poorly run operation and possibly even a scam where they likely sell merchandise they don’t have in inventory. They state there’s a 2 week max timeframe of shipping your order and they will even generate a tracking number, but will not ever ship the order you paid for. When you submit a request for order status you get a form response with no resolution. If you request a refund they stop responding, but if you read their terms it states they will charge you up to a 30% restock fee which is amazing considering you never received the merchandise you paid for. Your best bet is to file a complaint w your credit card provider to get your money back.

DO NOT BUY from this company. 1 week after ordering the shirt hadn’t shipped. Checked their website and they have “fine print”…say they have 2-11 business days to ship, which is absurd. Waited until the 12th business day and still the shirt had not shipped. Demanded a refund and got a response my order was cancelled and I would see the refund in 1-3 business days. On the 4th business day the refund had not registered. I sent an email threatening to take the issue to the credit card company and got a partial refund within an hour. Checked the website again and they charge a 15% penalty for cancelling orders…even if they do fail their own standards and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING aside from charging you for products they apparently don’t actually have. Absolutely trash, unethical business practices. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Watch out for these scammers. They sent me a 10% off code for joinining their mailing list. I didn't like the fit of the shirt and wanted to return it. I emailed them letting them know I wanted to do a return. They responded that there's a no return, exchange or refund for discounted items. They dont tell you that if you use the discount code for purchases they cant be returned. What a shady bunch of bs!

Ordered a GD shirt 9/9/23,Here it is 10/3/23 and I'm still waiting patiently but my patience is wearing thin,Never in my 60yrs have I waited this long for a GD shirt,Guess I'll keep waiting and waiting

Site says they have up to 12 business days to ship order, 2 weeks go by a send an email. The next day they "create a label". 2 weeks later, still not shipped. Another email and complaint with PayPal disputing my order, it was finally put in the mail the next day. If you need your shirt fast, it's a no. I would not buy from again.

I ordered 2 shirts from authentic band merchandise. I didn't get a confirmation right away so I thought the order didn't go through. Therefore, I ordered 2 more of the same shirts. I explained what happened right away, but they refused to allow me to return the duplicates.
