Autism screening
I had a 15 minute call with Claudia who was incredibly kind and put me at esse straight away. I sometimes struggle talking to new people but Claudia made me feel comfortable. Her questions were simple and quite straight forward to answer and she reassured me when I started to get a bit anxious and overwhelmed and seemed to adjust to my pace.

I had a 15 minute screening call with Claudia, who was friendly and quickly put me as much at ease as possible.her questions were easy to answer and she provided clear next steps. She then followed up with a phone call to give me the outcome two days later and told me I’ll receive a report in the coming days with details on how to pursue a formal assessment, should I wish to. It was a great experience for something one would expect to find very stressful.

I spoke with Joanne yesterday who seemed lovely and very professional, she was very patient with me too. Unfortunately for some reason my video and microphone wouldn't work on the platform they use to speak to people however Joanne did do her best to accommodate this and called me instead.

Very relaxing and comfortable to talk to Claudia online. I couldn't get the camera to work which made it easier for me to talk as nobody was looking at me. I feel really happy that I am being tested for autism as I have gone through life with so many difficulties.
