Ich habe eine Email erhalten als Erinnerung
Eine SMS das der Herr Odenthal sich in 15 min zum vereinbarten Termin meldet
Ich war bereit und voller Vorfreude darauf mir ein Fahrzeug von ihnen zu erwerben
Wenn aber nichtmal ein abgemachter Termin eingehalten wird und 2,5 Stunden später angerufen wird und gefragt wird ob es gerade passt mit der Ausrede der Termin von mir seih eben erst aufgeploppt im System dann läuft da was falsch aber nein danke dann kaufe ich mein neues Fahrzeug lieber woanders 👍🏾

Xiaomi SU7 Max Import – Erstklassiger Service auch nach dem Kauf!
Ich habe meinen Xiaomi SU7 Max über Auto China importiert und bin absolut begeistert. Wer überlegt, ein Fahrzeug aus China zu importieren, ist hier in den besten Händen.
Besonders beeindruckend ist der direkte Kontakt per WhatsApp. Das Team ist nicht nur während des Verkaufs erreichbar, sondern der Service geht danach erst richtig los:
* ✅ After-Sales-Support: Auch nach der Auslieferung bricht der Kontakt nicht ab.
* ✅ Bedienung & Technik: Fragen zur Software oder Steuerung des SU7 werden umgehend und kompetent beantwortet.
* ✅ Hilfe im Ernstfall: Selbst bei einem kleinen Unfallschaden wurde mir extrem schnell geholfen. Man wird mit Ersatzteilen oder Reparaturfragen nicht allein gelassen.
Gerade bei einem Importfahrzeug hatte ich Sorge, später "alleine dazustehen" – aber Auto China beweist das Gegenteil. Die Erreichbarkeit ist top und man fühlt sich als Kunde wirklich wertgeschätzt.
Fazit: Wer einen Xiaomi SU7 oder ein anderes Modell aus China sucht: Hier bekommt man das Rundum-sorglos-Paket!
