I ordered Wireless Carplay through AliExpress which I was very sceptical as I never used them before. I was very impressed with Wireless Carplay module, the price was very good as it came down from over £150. I fitted it myself and had some issues connecting up it. The support I recieved from Autoabc was excellent. I would recommend anyone that has and old car to purchase on.

Bought a carplay unit for a Touareg with a RCD550 screen. It is sold as plug and play but requires the entire infotainment unit to be disassembled and an extra circuit board to be installed. No real instruction given other than a wiring diagram for the plug and play canbus connections. Rear cam is black even though wiring both with and without power from the backup light. Not exactly seamless integration with oem parts either, next song uses previous song button and vice versa. In order to switch between android auto and oem views the oem phone connection menu turns up on the dash. No steering wheel button for siri/google assistant, only touch. Support answers initially but doesent provide any actual help or answers. I have requested the password for the protected advanced factory settings in order to try and fix the faulty canbus and camera settings myself, but my request has been ignored. Originally posted this review on their website (with five stars as that is the only option to select there), and it was deleted almost instantly.

De CarPlay na 2,5 week wachten ontvangen, helaas bij het installeren bleek dat de glasvezel socket op de connector een fabrieksfout heeft deze is niet goed gegoten en de glasvezel kabel valt er uit, dus hele kabelboom onbruikbaar, alles weer helemaal terug moeten bouwen want de oplossing van even vastlijmen tot ze een nieuwe kabelboom op hadden gestuurd en ik die ontvangen heb werkte dus niet. Daarbij komt dat er absoluut geen vuil bij glasvezel mag komen, want dan heb je een veel groter probleem en kosten. Ook het plastic afwerkplaatje dat je achter het scherm moet klikken en schroeven, sluit niet netjes aan, de klik puntjes aan de zijkanten klikken wel in maar die over de lengte niet zijn te klein ofzo maar laten steeds weer los dus niet mooi aangesloten. Wel veel contact gehad met AutoABC maar geen snelle oplossing, staat in de handleiding dat alles zorgvuldigis gecheckt op werkbaarheid voor verzenden, dit is dus niet zo. Hier op mijn zeldzame vrije dag in 36 graden mee bezig geweest voor zeker 3 uur, om toch nog een manier te vinden dat ie wel bleef zitten. Helaas oververhit en teleurgesteld mijn huis in gevlucht voor de hitte.

I bought a device 1 month ago.
It was not working. I sent it back, following the company's instructions.The company claims that my parcel did not contain the device, and refuses to refund me. I've been short-changed out of 130 €. Be careful !!
J'ai acheté un appareil il y a 1 mois. Il ne fonctionnait pas. Je l'ai renvoyé selon les instructions de la compagnie (en colissimo avec signature). La compagnie prétend que le colis ne contenait pas l'appareil et refuse de me rembourser. Je me suis fait voler 130 €. Méfiez-vous !!

The package took 3 weeks to arrive

As it did not come from UK warehouse But from China.

Took about 1h to fit, but could do with better instructions manual.

A few setting issues, but the support was good and fairly quick. All seems to be working good now and the quality is quiet good.

Great box for my volvo V40, i now have goolge maps ect, it was easy to install and is fairly user friendly once you get used to how it works, all the original features or my car work with the box installed. I had few hiccups and the customer service was very good they helped me understand what I was doing wrong. Excellent piece of kit to modernise your car system and is very fairly priced too

Hello everyone, I'm just letting you know that the system isn't working. Randomly, as soon as you leave the car or lock/unlock it, the screen doesn't turn back on. You have to reset it using the two buttons. Despite updates since August with technical support, the problem persists: failed updates. All solutions involving changing the DIP settings have failed. There are no solutions. I'm requesting a refund; they're just stalling. They don't test it on a real car, only on a simple screen. I advise you not to buy the product; it's unusable. Be aware that they delete negative reviews.(Model Y 2022, atom)the merchant is no longer responding

This module offers good value for money. Below I’ll share my experience along with some of the questions I had before purchasing.

✅ The system powers on automatically when starting the car, without any user action required and with no noticeable delay
✅ The interface looks clean, simple, and professional
✅ The system is fast and responsive

⚠️ The translations into my language are inaccurate, so I opted to use English instead
⚠️ Installation, while relatively straightforward, requires an intermediate level of technical knowledge and took me about 2.5–3.5 hours
⚠️ In my particular case, audio only works via the pre-existing Volvo Bluetooth channels and not through the autoabc.shop module itself
⚠️ Siri’s voice is barely audible (no solution offered by Support)
⚠️ Climate control information on the autoabc.shop module (pop-up) is inaccurate (acknowledged by Support, but the only solution is to disable these notifications entirely):
• When ventilation is set to Auto, it always shows “0”
• Air circulation is always shown as “open,” regardless of the actual setting
• A few other minor bugs
⚠️ To enable the rear-view camera, I had to pull a connection from the reverse light signal directly to the module
⚠️ Waze occasionally shows speeds of 1–3 km/h while stationary, and sometimes 0 km/h while moving. There is also a significant delay between actual and displayed speed. Support attributed this to the app itself
⚠️ Using the system without a touchscreen requires some adaptation and patience
‼️ Due to time zone differences and multiple support agents involved, communication with Support was not always smooth or consistent. It took about 5 days until the installation was fully functional.

This review is based solely on Apple CarPlay, so I cannot comment on the other systems. Despite the minor issues mentioned above and the clear room for improvement in terms of software/firmware, the module is of good quality — and I would buy it again.

Bought an AUTOabc module for Peugeot SMEG. Installed it my self. Everything works very good, nice for navigation and playmusic. Except phone calls via android auto. The caller hears a loud beep and noise. In the car its fine. After a long discussion via whatsapp AUTOabc can't help to solve the issue.
The fact that,they have a whatsapp is good.

Ordered a screen for my f20 and had great customer service from mr.zou who helped me to determine which type of screen would fit my car. The installation was easy and the screen is great quality and very responsive. No issues whatsoever from start to finish and great service.

Bit sceptical about this website, but it was fine

I ordered a android auto module for my Peugeot 308. No website reviews, although I could use PayPal.

Item was dispatched a day later with tracking, and the seller got back to me twice in a timely manner.

The item came from China and cost ~£150, but there was no import fees. I think they sell on aliexpress also but website had a better price after their discount code
