Delivery charges were not disclosed while placing an order. Website also not showed whether is this free delivery or paid delivery. Had to pay around 4k for delivery which was about 20% of delivery. Clear imitation should be given for delivery charges on website before placing the order.
Shipping charges were not shown properly. Normally it gets calculated at the time of placing the order itself. I was shocked to know that I need to pay the shipping fees at the time of delivery. Bad experience

They are the worst of the worst. They scammed me. They also threatened, me, as a customer, who questioned their integrity. They were supposed to refund me but they never did. Never ever go to them if you don't want to be scammed.

Recently ordered the GR Bundle for my Hilux on their fesival offer sale. It took 8 days for the product to reach me. I am very happy with the purchase, products are of outstanding quality. But i suggest they could improve on their delivery time and also it would have been better if they can keep the customer updated, i got call from delivery guy on 8th day before that i didnot get any details or tracking. They have amazing selection of products and i will buy few more products again very soon.

No proper update about product or tracking was sent. Still haven't recieved a worksheet delivery date after a week.

Hi, I’m really not satisfied with their service. I had already read in some customer reviews that they delay deliveries and don’t provide proper tracking updates,unfortunately, I faced the exact same issue. When I placed my order, the site clearly mentioned 5–7 business days for delivery. However, after ordering, I contacted their executive for faster follow-up. On the second day, he asked me to pay an additional ₹200 as courier charge and assured me it would be dispatched the same day. But nothing happened on the 3rd, 4th, or 5th day. Despite my repeated calls, they still hadn’t dispatched the product. Later, the executive gave me a surprising excuse , that there were no courier partners available. Honestly, this was hard to believe, as in Kerala there are plenty of delivery options available everywhere.
On the 6th day, I gave them another address and had to argue strongly with the executive. Finally, they dispatched the item only on the 8th day. Even now, after 10 days, I still haven’t received the product, and it’s still showing as in transit.
So, I would not recommend this seller if you need urgent delivery. If you are ready to wait for a month, then it might be okay. On a positive note, the executive was polite and handled the conversation in a friendly manner, but the overall delivery experience is disappointing.

No updates about shipping,either through email or messages, I had to contact customer service to get some info regarding that .
The customer service is not up to the mark and had to repeatedly contact them to get the basic info about products, Inspite of repeated attempts no info was provided.
