Ho avuto un piccolo problema con l'ordine, ma sono stato prontamente contattato e con mia incredulità lo hanno risolto in maniera egregia, tenendomi sempre informato dell'evoluzione dall'inizio alla fine.
Ottimo servizio qualità, se non lo avessi vissuto in prima persona, non ci avrei creduto.

Dopo una prima mia recensione in cui lamentavo un ritardo nella consegna della merce, sono stato contattato e rimborsato delle spese di spedizione...

la Signora Paola è stata molto abile a gestire una situazione e devo ringraziarla per la Sua grande professionalità, competenza e gentilezza.

A seguito di un reso, dovuto all'incompatibilita di un paio di dischi freno sulla mia auto, sono stato contattato da servizio qualità di Autodoc e devo dire,con mio stupore,di essere stato colpito in maniera positiva dal servizio post vendita. Dopo alcune mie rimostranze,si sono prontamente adoperati per rimborsarmi il costo della spedizione del reso,anche se non sarebbe stata dovuta, ed eventualmente seguirmi sul rimborso del reso non compatibile. Io ho perso lo stesso la giornata di lavoro, ma devo dire che per il momento Autodoc ne sta uscendo alla grande. BRAVI,è così che si mantengono i clienti

No warranty for parts

I have boght clutch disk from autodoc. It was faulty and it can be seen comparing with another company provided clutch disk. Started warranty claim in the end of August 2020. Still cannot get back my money...

Autodoc just wasting time. One of the reasons:asking stamps on invoices which is not required by Danish law. Demanding for signature on invoice. W. T. F. It's coronavirus. I gave provided with bank transfer but it is not goof enough.... And so on.

In conclusion, if you fell lucky you should buy from autodoc, but if you want to save your nerves, money and time I would suggest to find another provider.
P. S. No need for sorry, just give my money back...

If you need a part fast, avoid the website. 8 work days after the order, and still waiting for the parts. It took five work days just to ship parts form the warehouse, even though all the items were in stock. Package from china arrives faster than this.

Prices are good (not always, for sure, sometimes local dealers gives better offers). I have ordered 4 times and 3 times they replaced my items to some shady brand STARK (without any notice). And last time I needed to return one item back. I was asked to pay return shipping fees myself (what is stated in their TOS). Spent 630€ in total and they don't even offer free return for 2kg 45€ item. It is a good place to buy some cheap parts (like filters), don't risk buying gear or engine parts (unless you are 100% sure that you don't need to return it back). By the way, live help is really good, but not company policies.

Recently I have bought several auto parts for my father’s Renault Twingo. What I liked the most in this webshop is assortment and delivery. There are many parts and brands (Bosch, Hella etc) to choose from and you can buy it in one website. Because in other websites I would need to buy the same parts in two different webshops and to pay shipping twice. Also autodoc delivered the parts in time they promised.

Very sad, item come broken up. Im back with help, i was waiting about 3-4days a reply, and they say, return back item, but i already installed it into car, ant they cant do nothing. CAN if they want! Refund 30-50% from price and everyone will be happy. I will forget it yet, they sorry and suggested coupon 3%. Realy? LAST TIME to buy from yours store, very sad.
