Il sito è fatto molto bene graficamente e si riesce a trovare i prodotti velocemente,anche l’assistenza clienti è ottima,rispondono abbastanza velocemente e sono disponibili.

Ottima esperienza, non è la prima volta che acquisto ed è sempre andato tutto bene. Per un disguido di consegna a causa del corriere mi hanno gentilmente rimborsato le spese di spedizione. Consigliato.

Have made an order at 29th of November with the essential parts for cars to be able use it(liquids, filters and etc.) Decided to order from Autodoc due to fancy statements in “Delivery” block about sending/delivering package in 1-2 workings days! Insane lie and misdirection! My package were prepared and awaited to be sent for 10 WORKING days! And it taking in consideration that all parts and ordered details were on stock! Package were sent only at 11th of December and today they telling me to await for more 5-7 working days to me receive it. But it’s already 5 working days past from they have finally sent it and package not even close to me!
I’ve tried to reach out Autodoc for more information, for status update and for any possible compensation because MY CAR IS STILL JUST STAYING ON PARKING LOT! I’m not able to use it while they just ignoring me in email conversation! And right now they offered me 10% discount from MY NEXT ORDER! How presumptuously. Why I should order anything from you next time? Avoid by any matter to not face delays, ignorance, lies, false advertisement and bad customer service!

Пользуюсь этим магазином больше трёх лет. Доставка около 10 дней, никаких проблем никогда небыло. Но за ценами лучше наблюдать, так как они могут менятся независимо от скидки, как в одну сторону так и в другую. Если планировать покупку заранее, то всегда можно заказать выгоднее. Рекомендую!
