Dear Sebastjan,
We're sorry the parts didn't fit.
We appreciate your feedback.
The website search is not 100% accurate without VIN code, or OEM data.
Please note that a definitive check for compatibility is only possible with the help of the so-called OEN (original vehicle part number).
However, our team will review your reclamation carefully and help you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your understanding!
Sincerely,
AUTODOC Team
Vse je bilo ok.

Resposta da AUTODOC - Slovenia
Hello dear Mario,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that an item being listed as “in stock” does not necessarily mean that it is already available at our dispatch warehouse. In some cases, the product may need to be transferred from another warehouse or received from our supplier before it can be prepared for dispatch. This is still considered stock availability, as the item is available for fulfilment.
Our general order processing and preparation time is 1 to 3 business days. In this particular case, the order was dispatched within 3 business days, rather than 5 days. Our dispatch operations are closed over the weekend, so non-business days are not included in the processing time.
Nevertheless, we understand your concern and will contact you directly for any further clarification.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
AUTODOC Team
