These guys are a great team, especially Louis who really looked after me as a customer. They replaced the PPF wrap on the door for me, perfect match and a thorough job, removing the door handle and trim. I’ll be back soon for a tidy up of the existing PPF.

Want to thank all at Automotive Addiction again for another purchase. They found the car i was looking for and a major spec with low milage. Louis & Dhyllan impeccable service once again! In my opinion they are leaders in the performance car sales field, unquestionably. Patient, and cater to any requirements you have. It's not just a dealership it's a specialist family and you feel a part of it. Many car dealerships wash their hands once you purchase. But they are here to help with anything car related, they can recommend other specialists in the field for example, Dash cams, or fittings for bodykits etc (they do all body kits in house but should you want to do at later date they can recommend), you can talk to them after purchase anytime, they actively take interest to how you are enjoying your car. I haven't been anywhere else since my first purchase, I refuse because I knew the service and quality you receive here is immaculate. They are slightly more than their competitors, for good reason. Again in my opinion they are leading, for a reason, I've not seen detailing like this from a dealership EVER. The amount of comments I get on my car and the head turning, from the looks that match the sound really warms my heart, and it's Dhyllan, Louis & Co that made it possible for me how have an RS3 that turns heads from parking mode to drive ! You get what you pay for. I say in confidence you will have no issues after driving out of the dealership with these guys, they sell new cars too but if you go for a used example, the only way to tell that the car is not brand new from factory, is to look at the milage, thats it. Everything. Everywhere. Spotless. They won't release the vehicle to the new owner unless its been thoroughly inspected and meets their high quality standards. The excellence of their service is unrivalled. How does a car of various years look like new? Automotive Addiction. I love my car really they made another car dream come true for me. They work tirelessly to ensure you are comfortable and don't push you for anything, you decide, and they bring it to fruition. Recently collected my 5th purchase from Automotive Addiction and the service just gets better every time. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. From the moment of enquiry to collection day the whole process is enjoyable. They made my last purchase a dream come true.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. From the first conversation with Louis right through until I picked up the car a week later, the whole process was second to none.

Louis, Dhyllan and the team could not have been more attentive and helpful. The detailing and preparation my car went through was amazing. I thought it looked good when I initially viewed it but when I went back a week later to collect it, I was blown away. Their attention to detail and the care they take throughout the whole process is fantastic.

It's all the little things that go on in the background that makes these guys stand out. Nothing was too much trouble. Any question I asked, they answered. I don't know of another dealer who sets up a group chat on WhatsApp, to update you personally on the preparation/progress of your car with photos and videos. They even organised for my private plate (which was a last minute addition) to be on the car ready for collection. They spent time on collection day, running through every aspect and feature of the car. Even after I drove away both Louis and Dhyllan have been in touch to check if everything is ok.

I sold Automotive Addiction my RS3, as I had a new car coming. The price offered was better than carwow and WBAC. There was no haggling on collection as I’d been transparent, as had they. Money was transferred before the car left my drive and the transaction was seamless from start to finish and very professional. Dhyllan and his whole Team are awsome, the whole experience from the first email of interest, to going to view the car and then picking it up after the in house detail and extras, was phenomenal!
I thought the car was good at viewing but when collecting the car the detailing and eye to perfect lion was night and day.

I spent some time talking to Dhyllan himself and Louis via whatsapp or on the phone, they helped with every question and made the whole experience pleasant, and they are the home of enhausiasts and definitely the perfectionists!

I have known Dhyllan for around 15years now and his passion and enthusiasm for cars really is second to none. It was a no brainer to purchase my first RS3 from the team at Automotive Addiction.

Upon arrival I was given a thorough run through of all the features on the car as well as a tour of their rather impressive garage.

You will not find a better team out there.

Automotive Addiction are very helpful and respond super fast to emails and questions. My personal experience with Louis in particular was his enthusiasm towards helping me with some important decisions for my own car. I didn’t contact him for sales rather advice on my own build and he was an outstanding example off great customer service. I would recommend them simply based off the customer service received. I hope to make the trip and visit them in the near future.

Second car I have purchased from this company. This was in addition to the first and was around 10 months after the initial car purchase.

The car was recommended during a chat with Dhyllan and it didn’t disappoint. He knew exactly what I was looking for. The guys also helped to modify the car for my specifications at a reasonable cost and using high quality products and expertise.

I have also had a small issue with the car since which Dhyllan and Louis attended to personally on a Sunday evening. As everyone knows it’s not about the “issues” but how a company rectifies any issues. Hence another glowing review. And find the guys to be attentive, professional and friendly. The vehicle prep was second to none and the attention to detail filled me with the upmost confidence with this buying experience. My trust in Dhyllan and his team was not wasted...highly satisfactory experience overall and loved receiving my new car. 2.5 years of ownership and still love the car and still keep in regular contact with Dhyllan so I didn't just buy a car but also gained a trustworthy sounding board for future car purchases.
