I was looking for a 2003 Honda Accord speedometer for some reason a 2005 was sent. I’ve been trying to return it. With the time difference and my busy schedule I have to email and no one got back to me. I’m still waiting. It cost around $85 and shipping was about half the cost😳

Transmission
We bought a transmission from Automotix for my son’s Nissan Altima. I was very leery to order such an expensive part off a website, but I had no other options. Shipping was very fast. I had it delivered to my mechanics shop and there were no issues with the delivery. I even got a phone call confirming a time when it would be delivered, which was great. My mechanic got the transmission in the car with no issues. My son hasn’t started driving his car yet, so I’ll update if needed. But my experience so far has been great. I’d order again and I’d refer people to this site.

I ordered a " front seat" for a 2007 Dodge Dakota. When it arrived, I received only the passenger side of the front seat. I needed the entire front seat and I thought that is what I ordered. On my order form it does not say passenger side front seat......so I was very disappointed. Also, the description of the condition said very good condition, but it was very dirty and stained. So I was not satisfied with that also.

When I received my package, the box it was in was all tore up and since I ordered a pretty heavy item I would figure it would be better packaged but it wasnt the case. The module on the transfer case I ordered was broken and I couldn't even use it.
Purchase an engine from seller
Purchase an engine from seller. Engine arrived, cost me over $1000 to installed by a professional auto center. The engine didn't run, no compression in engine. Opened a claim (Joe), they created a claim number, we had to keep calling for them to respond. They sent over a "claim person" (the guy walked up to the shop and gave them his card that his was a realtor) The guy said to the shop "you guys know what your doing and left. Received an email the claim was denied. THe company will not return calls and when you call to speak with JOE, I was hung up on. Now I see reviews with similar stories.

Paid $1400 for a rear axel in good…
Paid $1400 for a rear axel in good condition. Axel was shipped quickly, and I was excited to get it as I need my Jeep up and running for work. I wish I was home when it was actually delivered and could deny delivery. Axel I received was from a 2002 Jeep, 5 years newer than my 1997. It looked as if it was sitting in a swamp ever since, and my older axel is in better external condition. I’m a reasonable person who realizes I am getting a used auto part, and know it will need a bit of work, but I could literally poke holes in critical areas with a screwdriver if I wanted to. Definitely not in good condition, and not worth $1400. Not sure I would have paid $400 for it. Customer service took my information and were pleasant and emailed me the form for a replacement. Filled it out and attached pictures, and it’s going on a week with no return contact. I’ll call them again tomorrow if I don’t get an email by tonight.
